  4 stars because it took almost a year for the two windows to arrive.Windows themselves are very nice.***, the installer, working by himself, went above and beyond to finish the installation after an 11 hour day. Very happy with how they turned out.

  I decided to obtain Verdun to install windows in my home based on the insulating efficiency and great warrantee. The installers were on time, knowledgable and kept a clean work space. I have yet to experience the quality of these windows during the winter months, but the installers took the time to show me the different materials used in my windows to keep the cold winter air out.

  We ordered 7 windows from Verdun in Nov 2021 and they were just installed this week, Sep 2022. Despite the long wait, I am quite happy with the end result. The installers were very professional, competent and friendly. The windows look great, exactly as ordered. The installers cleaned up after themselves very well. If had not been for the time delay, I would have given 5 stars.

  The quality of our front door was excellent and the installers were professional and respectful. However, the customer service was very poor when issues arose. Due to supply issues, we were informed of an 8-month wait for installation after paying our deposit. After the 8-month wait, the door couldn't be installed because it was 7 inches too big (plus it did not have the peep hole requested on the order). The sales person was quick to call and said he would take care of us in terms of getting a new door quickly and with respect to a discount. Many emails to the sales person to confirm a new installation date and the amount of the discount were either deflected or not responded to. The lack of response created a lot of anxiety on whether they would install prior to the winter as our current door no longer closed properly. The new door was installed 2.5 months later which was a good turnaround time but the colour did not match the paint chip we were given and again the peep hole was not on the door. The company left it to the installers to share that they were giving us a $100 discount on a $5,000 door for their error. Either give your sales person the authority to provide appropriate customer service or have a customer representative contact the client directly to resolve issues. A courteous customer service representative to reassure us on a firm installation date and an appropriate discount for the inconvenience was all that my emails requested. The door is brown while we selected an antique brown which was very close to black. Apparently, they will return to install the peep hole. Verdun quality is great and their business is flourishing so much so that they can't keep up with demand. The company needs to assign resources to customer service follow through otherwise they will lose repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations.

  We got our storm doors replaced and the ******** that was sent tonus was great. He took the time to say hi to my fur babies and also time to explain any adjustements that had to be done for my doors to fit properly.Very professional, maticulous with the finishes.****** and the entire team make it easy to choose Verdun Windows for our next project.

  In June 2020 we had a total of 30 windows (including 5 bay windows, 12 large windows) and 1 door installed. We were very pleased with the workmanship and how Verdun dealt with some minor post-installation issues in a timely manner. 26 months later we are very pleased with our new windows and door and would highly recommend VERDUN.

  September 2, 2022 As scheduled Verdun Windows were here this morning to install basement windows. ******* was the installer and was very professional in his work. He showed me the best way to open, close and lock the windows. When he left, the floor was as clean as before. Now all our windows and front door were installed by ****** and I recommend this company. They replaced a month ago our thermos windows on warranty. ****** : ******

  Verdun is replacing all of the windows on the first and second floor of our home. The quality of service at each stage of the process has been excellent, from the estimate/proposal to scheduling the installation to the installers themselves. Extremely professional and responsive, and the windows are gorgeous and functional. The fact that they produce, install and provide a warranty on their product gives us the confidence that we'll be well served into the future. They also offered highly competitive pricing. The only challenge with with the long delay between placing our order and having it installed, but that was to be expected to do the combination of supply chain challenges and increased demand during the past two years. Highly recommended.
