  Du bon travail de la part de Verdun. Mon vendeur s'est point l'heure prvue pour notre rencontre initiale. Les installateurs aussi. Les fentre sont bien install, et nettoyage par l'quipe d'installation avant de quitter. Tout s'est pass comme prvu. J'ai bien apprci les confirmations de visite par ******** dans les jours prcdents l'installation.

  Excellent work! Great crew, very polite and personable. Cleaned up after themselves. Work was completed in the time window given. When I have the remaining windows replaced, Verdun Windows and Doors will be who I call and I will be requesting the same crew to install them. Very happy with the product and the work.   Verdun, did a great job plus got my patio door early, now waiting for my doors which is still a while from now. But the installers did a great job and were professional. Just wish it was more affordable.

  Verdun installer was on time, organized and got it done so well and so quickly, we were impressed. And then we realized afterwards : this is so clean, he had picked everything up and prob vacuumed a bit as there was 0 mess or anything to clean. Excellent job! Window itself is much like the old one, but newer :-) Yes, I would recommend Verdun.

  This is the second time we have used Verdun Windows and Doors. Last year we had our front windows replaced and this week our rear windows were installed. Our sales rep and the installer were both on time and easy to talk to and ask questions. Our installer ******** was on time and worked very efficiently. ******** was personable and answered any questions we had.

  It vey bad bad and unprofessional customer treatment, I wrote the follwing and sent as an email I recived a call from a manager (**) hevwas so un friendly and a very bad customer service, please see below and be the juge if your self .I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding the recent issue with the installation of my air conditioning unit in the new window, which has resulted in the need to cut my basement windows. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and expense, which I believe is the responsibility of your company.I want to emphasize that I would not have agreed to replace my basement windows if I had known that the air conditioning unit would not fit without modification. It is clear that there was a miscommunication or oversight on the part of your company, which has led to this unfortunate circumstance. As such, I firmly believe that your company should bear the costs associated with cutting the windows to accommodate the unit.I request that you address this matter promptly and arrange for the necessary modifications at your company's expense. Please provide a timeline for when this can be resolved and ensure that the work is carried out to a high standard.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.

Our responsibility is to provide windows that fit your home, not specific appliances such as air conditioning units. There was no prior agreement or indication that an air conditioner would need to be accommodated, and we would not have made such a commitment had this been brought to our attention during the initial consultation.Our goal is to provide high-quality products and services to all our customers, and we are committed to upholding our 25-year warranty on your order.
