  *** and **** installed a patio window on 6 Jun 24. They both were very professional with a good sense of humour. They made sure that the job was done well paying particular attention to the proper fitting and maintaining the highest quality possible. They also clean everything to its original state before leaving. These two employees worked very well together. Well done Verdun for employing individuals who represent your company extremely well.

  Horible service by email or phone, our 5000$ door will dent if you knock on in like Amazon driver does. They say there is no warranty on it and i had only ***** hours to report thing.I didn't know that i had to cut the door in two to make sure its the right thickness They wont stand behind their products. Minus 5 star I am preparing something nice for them....

Our 25-year warranty ensures that any defect will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. However, our warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, abuse, or acts of God.Your door was installed in 2022, and you reported dents two years later. Our technician inspected the dents and determined that they were not due to any defect with the door.
