  Our entire experience with Verdun from beginning to end has been an enjoyable one. ****, our sales representative, was knowledgeable in his product and listened to our need. He guided us to the type of door that suited both our need and desire. Although the wait for delivery was a little lengthy the end results were worth the wait. We consulted a neighbour who had Verdun work on his house and he recommended we request ***** and **** as our installers. We could not have gotten a better team. They arrived at the promised time, set to work immediately, and completed the removal of the old door, the installation of the new door and lock and complete cleanup of the site in just over two hours. Upon close inspection by my wife, their work was found to be impeccable. Also, we found the guys to be friendly and polite to us and each other, rare qualities these days. All of that to say that we would not hesitate to recommend Verdun and highly recommend ***** and **** as excellent installers of windows as well as doors.   We operate a hospility operation and have been in the customer service arena for decades.   We recently purchased some doors from Verdun. I initially called them thinking that all our windows and doors needed to be replaced. Our representative ***, was so helpful, easy going and honest, he went around inspected all the windows and told me that only the thermos needed to be changed and 2 out of our 4 doors needed to be replaced. So I decided to start with the 2 doors. He took measurements of the doors and gave me a quote for the 2 doors. There was no pressure to do the thermos from him. He went above and beyond to help me with choices and answering my queries even after he had left.While the doors were being made I was updated on their progress regularly. Calling them was easy and I spoke to a friendly voice every time. The installers were friendly, organized and tidy. They took care in installing the new doors. Their workmanship was impeccable.I am so pleased and grateful for the professional service and our purchase that I will recommend Verdun to anyone who needs a window/doors replacement.
