5 stars for the past 3 houses that have cost me a fortune.But not this one.I did not replace all windows. I was clear in what I wanted.What I got are windows that look totally different from the rest of my house and, indeed, all the other townhomes. That's not supposed to happen - lots of people do not replace all of their windows.The screws show EVERYWHERE when open that make them look totally unfinished.Salesperson called twice, had absolutely nothing to offer. And now I'm stucking replacing the rest, because of Verdun. And I don't have the money. I'm very sad.I feel duped to the nines. But all my neighbours know and agree. So Verdun won't be showing up on my street corner anytime soon.Verdun Windows and Doors

This was painful to read because it's a script. It's exactly what the salesman said. Listen, I have 14! screws that stick out when I open my window. And they're not even white. I already love the windows. From the inside. From the outside I will never love them. They are not a puppy. This is absolutely brutal.Review fromJames D

Extremely poor after sales service. Cannot get any support from the company as to when I will get 2 windows that were missing from our order. Additionally I have requested someone from the company rectify some installation issue but have not receiver any information on when or if someone will actually come around. Out of 12 windows, 10 are not properly installed. Client service *****, had to call numerous times. Quality control came, provided a report and client services did not even call back. I had to call weeks after and was told to send an email! Then had to call again since no one contacted me. Im still waiting 2 months afterVerdun Windows and Doors

This is the second time we have had Verdun install windows for us. Staff has always been professional from the sales staff, to booking and installers. Other members of our family have hired the company to install window and have been so pleased that they too have booked for installation of the rest of their windows. I give 5 stars for installers only: ********************** and the great new worker, they all did an amazing job and were extremely polite, professional and helpful. As far as the service before installation 0 stars as we had to reschedule few time. Completely unsatisfied with the final results as the installers were not given the proper materials to complete the job, the size of the borders to finish the doors were wrong and not wide enough to cover. Installers had to put the old borders temporarily until they receive the proper size and come back again and install them. Totally unhappy with this part of the job as I have to waist more time, wait for another visit from stalkers and clean after the work again. This is was not done right from their office. I included a note on the paperwork that installers will bring back to the office and I mentioned that I need this to done ASAP because the temporary frame or borders looks very ugly. I hope this will not take long time to do. ****************************************Verdun Windows and Doors

Walid was back out this week to make these corrections for you and the photos of the finished product look fantastic, we hope you agree and are pleased with the results. Thanks for mentioning your installers for their hard work and expertise, we apologize again that we did not have them better prepared on installation day to get it right the first time.
