While there seems to be nothing wrong with the quality of the single plain door or installation, it took 22 weeks for my order to be completed. I contacted the company numerous times to ask for updates -- reiterating each time that this door was required to secure the house due to a police wellness check damaging the side door severely. Responses were slow and inaccurate, always just a week or two for delivery... But that time passed with no updates. No one has reached out with any explanation why it took this long to produce a windowless, molding free black slab door. It cost $3300 and did not even include a handle and a lock. I presumed the premium pricing would provide good results, but I presumed incorrectly. A very average door that took a lot of money and an extreme amount of time to receive.

The 2 men showed up 30 min early & didnt waste anytime getting to work.They cleaned up during & after **************************** .Before leaving I was told what needed to be done before installing the new unit & why , which I appreciated.They did a great job & the new patio door looks terrific.Thanks to ************ partner.Verdun Windows and Doors

Very pleased with my windows and doors. Great Quality windows and professional installation. The cost was very reasonable. Wait time for installation was less than quoted. Only complaints were long waits waiting for sales person to respond to my emails or texts and for some reason only one of our rooms was left uncleaned and coated in dust. Nous avons fait installer 9 fentres Verdun. Du reprsentant des ventes au produit fini, ctait sans faille, notre reprsentant *************************** connaissait bien son produit et tait lcoute de nos besoins. Il nous a guids vers le type de fentres qui convenait la fois nos besoins et nos dsirs. Comme installateurs nous naurions pas pu avoir une meilleure quipe. ******************* est arrivs lheure promise, se sont mis au travail immdiatement et ont termin le retrait des anciennes fentres, linstallation des nouvelle fentres et le nettoyage complet du site en un peu plus de 6 heures. Aprs une inspection attentive de ma pars, leur travail sest avr impeccable. De plus, nous avons trouv que les gars taient amicaux et polis envers nous et les uns avec les autres, des qualits rares de nos jours. Tout cela pour dire que nous nhsiterions pas recommander Verdun. From the sales rep to the finished product, it was seamless, the work impeccable, the staff courteous and friendly. The door which is finally in place is beautiful and the workmanship excellent.
