Having had internet issues for a while now. Call customer service and am told to troubleshoot. I troubleshoot before I call because I’ve done it so many times I’m an expert. Then they try to out me over to **** through which lines they use to provide my internet. Then **** wants me to troubleshoot again. Not everyone’s an idiot. Explained to them many times that the **** box on the side of the road is exposed to the elements ( road salt.. rain.. extreme heat). It’s not my job to fix it for you. I’ve reported it. They know what the problem is and yet I’m still paying for internet that’s half the time down. Just found out ****** provides internet in my area. THANK GODReview fromClaudia R

I canceled that service right before getting it even installed. They have the WORST possible customer service. I called for a simple clarification and this “ agent “ was just awful. ***** ******* they jack up your bill after six month they monopolies the pay as you go internet claiming they buy most of there towers from ****** and there services is below the pay grade you pay don't go with tech savvy they will **** *** not record your technical problems after two times then disconnect your services after you've been fed up with no credit to your account just because they have all the bells and witsthles doesn't mean there an exceptional company with great service just for warning anyone **** **** ** ** **** ****TekSavvy Solutions Inc.

We apologize for the events that took place in regards to your account.
It looks like you signed up for a 6 month promotional price. Once the 6 month promotional price was up, we added a loyalty credit to your account which was $20.00 off monthly.
We do see that you contacted technical support in January 2023, and we advised it would be ideal to reset the hardware. You advised it was not an ideal time so you would do that at a later date. We apologize as there are no other records of you contacting us to troubleshoot the service.

TekSavvy's customer service has been great for the entire time I've had them (over 7 years). This Is my 10th day with no internet. To start my journey I ordered there internet sounded great. My modem was delivered to the wrong house I had to go pick it up with my last name spelled wrong, but still excited hooked it up only thing I need is for them to turn it on.. but wait.. they won't turn it on because shaw has to confirm it. So I have a technician from shaw here they will not let him hook it up. This is the worst experience I have had ever with internet. Everyday my kids have no internet is another day lost in school.. 10 days now.... 10....TekSavvy Solutions Inc.

Have been using tek savvy (skyFi LTE) for a few years, the moment there is an issue they are useless, will not send out a technician unless I do a lot of testing from home and now want me to buy a piece of equipment to test their equipment. We had a heavy wind and I know that was the issue since after we had extremely slow internet ( have a device of there's on the roof). Would not recommend Ted Savvy to anyone.Review fromCayle L

We apologize that your service was not reaching the top speeds that you were paying for. It looks as though you contacted us on May 31st (previous was December 2022 re: billing), advised we were throttling your service. However, when asked to troubleshoot, or complete a speed test you refused and cancelled instead.

Hi there! I have been dealing with ****** and or **** for awhile now then switched to Teksavvy because of their customer support and I can honestly say the customer service is awesome they take their time thoroughly and help you step by step. I had a guy named Rory and he was awesome. He helped me install my internet and was very nice! He took his time and was very polite.. also my internet is quick and efficient and he also told me some tricks as well! Overall 5/5TekSavvy Solutions Inc.

Do not go with TekSavvy - at all costs! I am a full-time online student and my internet has been unstable since it was installed, leaving me to buy obscene amounts of data from my phone provider to be able to do school work, stream classes, and write final exams. I have used 40GBs on my phone in less than 15 days as the internet cuts in and out every 5-10-20 minutes. Every time I have called TekSavvy they give me the same spiel, "we will put a ticket in, Bell will come out, and we can troubleshoot". Every time Bell (line supplier) comes out they say the same thing "looks good from our end". We have switched out everything, including the modem. When discussing my frustration with a supervisor about my wasted time and money, I was given no customer service and told the same things again. It is ridiculous to pay $85 monthly for an untrustworthy and nonfunctioning service. I'm not sure what their customer service is getting paid for other than to read off a script and say "sorry" unapologetically. This is a company whose customer service is delusional and lacks empathy and a basic understanding of what the right thing to do is.TekSavvy Solutions Inc.

I have been with Teksavvy for many years now, I have never had anything but great, fast service from them even when I called in a problem and it turned out it was me LOL. They were courteous, polite and diligent. Not sure who all the people here with 1 star ratings were actually talking to, maybe just someone who was having a bad day? I plan to continue with teksavvy for the foreseeable future.TekSavvy Solutions Inc.
