    I was on a 12 month $40 promotion since I purchased internet from TekSavvy in May 2024. Upon purchasing it, I was mailed a box and then prompted to set up a start up date where a technician would come out and set it up. The technician failed to show numerous times. It took two weeks to get internet. I left a ****** review, and they said theyd put credits on my account. Instead, theyre now removing my 12 month discount on the 11th month. Theyre saying I already paid it, but I havent as per my first bill. I never paid for an extra month, and now Im being hit with a large bill. When I was talking to TekSavvy over their online chat, they also admitted to falsely charging me, but will not give me the month they promised because the contract can be void at any given moment. Im not sure if TekSavvy was born yesterday, or has never had anyone take legal action against them, but given how many stars they have on here, they seem to be doing poorly. It was so bad that when I was trying to get my service connected, the customer service workers were agitated with TekSavvy, and said that their incompetence as a company is normal.If you want spotty internet, to deal with a crappy company, and to be lied to, get your internet with TekSavvy!

    My appointment has been changed 3 times now, with the excuse of "there is nothing we can do" - this has cost me thousands of dollars. Stay away from them. I wish I had read these reviews sooner. Would have saved me a lot of money and headache.

    Way too many headaches. Had service with them for less than a year. They use inferior tech, their modems essentially require you to have a good personal router to pair with their modem. Their customer service is spotty depending on who you deal with, overall it is very bad. Their communication in regards to service changes, moves, tech visits is brutal. They say they'll email you or call to notify/confirm and never do. They'll make decisions without confirming with the customer first, which can and will cause delays of multiple days. Too unreliable and not worth the energy to deal with. Definitely not worth the money.

    Our internet has now been out 4 days and we are getting the run around - ********* said its a faulty modem, but we can't seem to get it fixed. What a nighmare, I wish we would have read the other complaints here.

    I swear they are scamming me since getting the new router we have had to call them 6 times in the last few months and they keep sending a guy who always says nothing is wrong with the lines or anything we even got the router replaced twice but it still doesnt work

    Poor customer service experience. I had been a customer on-and-off for a decade at multiple addresses and will be switching to ******. Poor service is a short-sighted business model. I would've stayed for another 10+ years, but now will be leaving due to a billing discrepancy of a few hundred dollars.I called to change my service address. They pitched and sold me a different service, and never cancelled the existing service. I was paying for both for 3 months until I noticed. They internally reviewed and decided it was my fault for not calling back again to cancel - will not release calls to me so I can also verify.

    ************ like other people have mentioned. I had 28 modem issues and they would not change it. Threatened to leave and they told me to do so. So now I would rather pay more to actual companies that care.

    This is an unprofessional and unreliable company that does not respond to service interruptions and just blames external technicians. Do not use this provider.

    Don't go with them.Customer service is *****. They argued with me for 30 mins about how I was installing the modem wrong then he realized their system didn't have the right information for my place. They have to send a technician out, and it'll take a week.I work from home. So it'll be a week working at the public library or cafe ??
