I cancelled my service after finding a better and cheaper package. The customer service rep told me my activation date for the next billing cycle was the 15th of the month. I cancelled on the 15th so there wouldn’t be any left over days to cover. AFTER cancellation, they did an audit on my account and determined they messed up my billing cycle at some point over the 5 years I’ve been a customer and are now telling me I owe them money. Collections acknowledged that I was told my activation date was the 15th but are still saying I owe them money. Collections manager is regurgitating the same nonsense. TekSavvy may be cheaper than ****** but I suspect they are saving money by underfunding their customer service department. Spent 3 hours waiting for ****** tech to visit my home to address and issue. Called TekSavvy when no one showed up only to be told that ****** told them on the day the appointment was requested that it was a bigger issue and no tech was coming. TekSavvy did not bother to tell me that no one was going to come. This is the second time they have done this and they say they cannot guarantee that it will not happen again! So far, my experiences with their tech service division has been pretty disappointing!!TekSavvy Solutions Inc.

Upon investigation of this issue, we find that the Vendor stated there was a "degraded service issue" in the area and that they were investigating further. The ticket that was opened with the Vendor is still open and is being followed up by a Supervisor that will contact the customer.Review fromPouyesh S

Activation date or Jan 8th, called in multiple times, they sent two trucks out on Jan 15th the dudes left without getting service up, called again ... Called again ... Called again ... Finally got sick of it and cancelled today while the guy on the phone was promising someone might show up on Jan 25th .. Their customer service is non existent, last dude I talked to couldnt even pretend to care ... ***** ***** **** *. don't bother wasting your timeTekSavvy Solutions Inc.

We are incredibly sorry for the delays you faced during this process. The agent was correct, a tech is scheduled for tomorrow the 25th, however we completely understand you not wanting to wait another day. This is definitely not how we want the experience to be when signing up for a service.

TekSavvy customer service agents have been extremely friendly, very patient, calm and articulate. I am a new customer and the signing-on agent explained the details without rushing me through the process (on Boxing Day!) answering my questions diligently and kindly. I later had some difficulty registering my account, called and was attended to promptly by a second very patient associate, Anna, who guided me through the process and happily answered any questions that popped up while registering. TekSavvy staff have so far been very respectful, professional and delightfully humorous. Thank you!TekSavvy Solutions Inc.

Total waste of time, this company will lie to get your money. Signed up for TekSavvy because their website said my address was eligible, only after sending me the hardware, they cancel my service because they do not in fact service my address. I had to call THREE times to get a refund. Then they won’t even send me the return label for the hardware so I either have to pay for the hardware I can’t even use, or pay out of pocket for the return. They are charging us ********* for services they never provided, we are now pursuing a refund through visa as we argue with them while they directly contradict their own terms and conditions and cancellation terms listed on their website. I canceled my service, and they continued to charge my credit card for two months afterwords. I tried calling them and even after admitting there was zero activity at the previous address, they refused to refund me for a service I wasn't even using. There are better smaller vendors that provide way faster speeds for a better price and are more reliable for the charges.TekSavvy Solutions Inc.

We have reviewed your account and see that you contacted us to move your service, however the new address was not serviceable by TekSavvy. At that point the service was not cancelled, you advised you would call back.
We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, and understand that the service was charged while you were not in that home.
We can refund you for two weeks of service, however we would not be able to refund you for two months service, as you did not reach out to us to cancel the service.

I had requested my service by transferred as I moved from QC to MB. This included a cancellation of the services in QC as we would be no longer living there. After numerous calls with service staff, and a confirmation that services in QC were cancelled I still ended up being charged for QC while in MB. When I called they told me they had no notes, their account history of me was largely wrong and or missing information. They had no notes from the several calls I made from QC After they told me they would need to do a 3-4 day review of my account (maybe longer) to see if I could get my money back, they called to tell me that there was no calls regarding a cancellation and that they would not pay me back for money they took in error. Horrible service and will be changing my provider soon. The lack of diligence in note keeping and call keeping is concerning at best and does not protect the customer.TekSavvy Solutions Inc.

In checking the account notes we found that there were no phone calls in the entire month in question. There was nothing to show any calls concerning a cancellation from the customer. Further investigation reveals that there was usage in the prior month, the month in question and the following month.
Since we have no record regarding cancellation calls TekSavvy would not be obligated to provide any refund.

Cancelled my service, said they send me postage to return it. Never got it an forgot. Get a call from collections saying I owe $250. I call tecksavvy an everthings cleard up an they'll send me another postage sticker. Then I get a message saying I'm responsible to return at my own cost. An now I'm getting messages from them that make no sense. Had them for 5 years, service was good till u cancel on them.TekSavvy Solutions Inc.

We have added an additional one to your account, please keep an eye out for that in the mail.
Once you send the modem back, it will be scanned in through Canada Post and we can keep up with the tracking information. We can revisit your account when it has been received by the returns department.
