      I paid a vendor extra for "Express Shipping" to make sure I got a package on time before leaving for a trip and the Vendor was fast and responsive to my messages and emails but when I got the tracking number, I watched as my package travelled from the vendor 6hrs drive away from me, to Canpar's Sorting facility over 2hrs away from me and now the tracking number shows that it is on hold there for pickup. I did not pay extra for Canpar to ship is 2/3rd of the way to me and then expect me to drive the other 2hrs to come get it. I live in the Niagara Falls area, not the middle of the Yukon, they have a facility 15 mins from me they could have shipped to and I would have gladly gone to pick it up there. Now I've been on hold for over 40 minutes on BOTH phone and chat support trying to speak to someone about them completing the job they were paid to do and still no answer yet... I will never pay for express shipping if Canpar is involved again and I will be showing the vendor this page to tell them that they should sever ties with a company like this as they will hurt the vendors reputation and they don't deserve that as they have been great.

      Ordered a birthday gift for my Grandson from ******. Unfortunately this company were the chosen couriers. Ordered Aug 16th, finally delivered on Sept 6th, after it had been sitting there with them since Aug 30th as per the tracking info. Not at all impressed. In addition this left a terribly disappointed 3 year old boy awaiting his parcel.

      *** ****** ** *** * **** ******* * ******** ***** Package leaving Laval goes to Lachine processed leaves Lachine goes across to Longueuil and then has to come back to montreal where from Lachine it was 20 km to get here. 2 days still waiting. ****** ***** ** ******** **** **** ******** ****** ***********

      I ordered from 2 separate companies and I got a notification today that they were out for delivery. I made sure I was home all day to accept them as one is a couch and quite expensive. I got a notification in the afternoon that said my packages were delivered. I went outside as there was no knock or ring at my door. Not a package in sight. Waited on hold for what felt like forever only to be told they couldn't give me an answer today. I have no idea where my packages are which is a very uneasy feeling. I waited and waited to talk to someone on the live chat after this and she couldn't have cared less about my situation. Again said "the people will look into it tomorrow". Not an ounce of empathy from this company.

      ******** ******* *******. Ignoring their understaffed call centre this company is just awful. 2 times they simply did not show up to my house and yet cancelled the delivery. WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. I had to go through 40 minute holds to figure out what was going on. **** ********* ******** I wish I could swear on this review I'm so mad. Never using them again.

      My parcel went from Barrie Ontario to Winnipeg Manitoba and sat there a week. 40 min on hold over two days- to find it now has to go to Thunder Bay Ontario to get a new label so it can come to my town (350 km from my town). I was told Winnipeg can't print labels. Customer service rep can't explain why it sat for a week and blames the sender for confusing them. This is because when it became apparent the parcel wasn't moving they called Canpar to try to direct them to send it to Canpar's pick up location in this town. That shouldn't be confusing! So- the parcel will have travelled 1400 extra km.

      I'm extremely disappointed with the delivery service of canpar. This is not the first time I've experienced this , but the most recent delivery has really took a toll. Most of the time there is an old guy in 50s who delivers my package and would not come up to the deliver the package and would wait downstairs in the lobby, it's extremely difficult to deal with this every month with uncooperative guy. This time , the guy never visited or called or buzzed me to come up , rather he dropped off the package about 4 kms away from my home.

      3 people were home plus a reactive dog. We were all home and NO ONE had rung the doorbell or knocked on the door. Instead they just came up to the door, stuck a notice and left.       It was the worst delivery service that I had ever. No one answered on livechat, no one picked up the calls even that I have waited for 30 minutes. I have ordered on Bestbuy and there was no option for me for delivery. I paid a big amount for delivery but then it's returned to the terminal without giving me any explanation. It had been over one week to wait for it to delivered and now I don't know when can I get my stuff.

      I ordered an item from ******. Always had great delivery experience. This time they sent item by Canpar. My ordeal begins!! Day item was due for delivery it did not show up. Was not advised by Canpar and online there was no update. Just that item was held at Lachine depot. For four more days I was on phone for hours waiting to get tracking info and being told the item was going out next day. On the fifth day got to speak with Marina in customer service and she saved my sanity by actually following up with other departments and making sure item was delivered next day. Canpar has to get their act together!! Unbelievable lack of care!!!
