      ** * ***** *** * ** ***** * ****** **** ******* ****** ** **** **** *** ** * ******** *****!! You can't get through when you call you can't get through on the online chat if you are lucky enough to get through after sitting on hold (3 Separate times) you call gets cut off. Online chat after sitting on my computer for over an hour tells you nothing no help can't track your package or get you any help. ** ** **** ** ** * **** ***** *** they just hope you get sick of waiting and give up and they keep your package!! They in no way shape or form try to help you locate your package and they should be ashamed.

      Canpar is by far the worst courier company by far and that's saying a lot compared to *** and *********. Customer service is non-existent, I waited 45 minutes on hold for them to tell me absolutely nothing and was no help in identifying if my 65" TV will be delivered nor will they contact me in advance so I can stay at hoe to receive it. Kendra is a condescending rep who sounded like she was lying in bed doing her job. Their drivers always are smoking and speeding in the neighborhood.

      Worst delivery company ever! Pay shipping to have a package delivered on the Friday, no delivery… go to track package and there’s NO updates other than the day it got sent out… go to use live chat and they send me to a virtual agent which says my package is on hold.. go to talk to a live agent and hours later still waiting. Go to call them and again hours on hold… going on 3 hours and no answer… 6 hours with a live agent and still nothing. ** *** ****** **** ** **** **** ******** ** ** *** ** *******. WORST customer service ever.

      Canpar is far the worst to deal with, no one ever answers phone. Sent a 300.00 bridle to a girl in Peterborough one 1 day service a week later still not there. Come to find out that the truck it was on burned and shipment was lost. No one called to inform me about this. Put in a claim for the bridle and they will not pay. Disgusting will never use them again. They lost/ destroyed the item in their care and fluff it off.

      *** * **** **** **** * ***** After reading reviews for different couriers, I decided on Canpar to ship a package from Toronto to Montreal. I haven't used them before so DESPITE the poor ratings I saw, I thought I'd try them because they were the least expensive. Now I know why. After searching for location drop offs, I drove to TWO different sites and neither was an actual location where I could pass on my package to be delivered. They were both huge facilities were packages were sorted and put into big trucks for delivery. In fact, when I asked the security people (the ONLY people available for me to talk to) about my package drop off, they looked at me and said, "You're not the first person to bring a package here for delivery. We can't help you." I ended up going to ****** ****, paying another $20 and shipping my parcel through them. I've learned my lesson. Never using them again. It was a very frustrating, disappointing experience.

      They are a horrible company to deal with. **** ******* *** their online updates are mis-leading and not accurate. Was suppose to get my delivery on Monday, never showed up. Checked status online and it updated to be delivered Tuesday. Called support and they said the driver probably forgot or misplaced my parcel and had to re-schedule my delivery. Wow - my faith in that my package will arrive is pretty much shot now. End of day Tuesday comes and still no delivery. Call again on Wednesday - reason is the driver probably got delayed or ran into issues. Great. Support tells me that it will be delivered by 6pm Wednesday. Sofar nothing. ****** ** *** **** **** **** ******* ** *** **** * *******

      I received a package that was not addressed to me. I waited on hold forever for Canpar (I also tried their online chat with no response), only to be told that they recommend customers resolve incorrect deliveries by themselves since their drivers are too busy. I asked to speak to a manager and file a complaint and also pointed out that I would be leaving an unfavorable review. I was courteous the whole time but clearly dissatisfied about being expected to resolve their delivery error with the intended recipient. Terrible customer service and no priority placed on resolving their delivery errors. * ** * ******* *** ** * *** **** ***** ****** ** ** ****** **** ********* *** **** ******** *** *** ****** *******. Of course I will help the poor recipeint whose package was wrongly delivered to me. However, I will never use this service and I have written about my experience on a few platforms to warn others. Now I'll move on with my day, thanks for listening.

      The worst delivery service in the entire universe. its says my package will be delivered at the end of the day sept.9, but no nobody come. If you cannot deliver my package just tell me where is your office in saskatoon, and i will be the one to pick up my package rather than wasting my time waiting till the kingdom come.

      ** * ***** ***** ** ***** * ****** I will no longer use them. 3 strikes and your out. Do not deliver on time and good luck on getting hold on anyone in customer service . They should be ashamed of calling themselves the leader in small business parcels that's a load of baloney. If you cant deliver Canpar don't accept the business or at least tell the truth Shame,shame,shame
