The installation team was amazing. Their attention to detail was outstanding, from the trim to the caulking to making sure there were no fingerprints on the glass. They layer out carpet throughout the house and cleaned up every area they worked in. Their positivity made it easy to talk to them and ask questions.Renewal by Andersen of BC

We had our windows replaced in November 2023 and had a very positive experience. There was great communication between Anderson and us throughout the process. We were provided with an itinerary and Anderson followed through in all aspects in a timely manner. The quality of the windows meet or exceeded our expectations, especially the speciality domed windows that were replaced. The installation three-man crew were hardworking, courtesy and professional. Very professional and provided great ideas to make the window layouts spectacular. Wanted to get all the windows replaced so it was a big job but they walked me through everything and explained the benefits and differences of the product. I would highly recommend.Renewal by Andersen of BC

*************************** and ************************* came out to inform us of their products and make recomendations for our new windows.. They were both exremely thourough,knowledgable and easy to deal with. They also were extremely patient with my questions and spent a considerable amount of time with both my husband and I.. ***************** came out to measure our windows and was also excellent to deal with, and explained the install process fully..so far our dealings with ******** have been great. Looking forward to getting our new windows and will add a new review after they are installed..Renewal by Andersen of BC

Called in to request a door handle repair. ******* picked up and advised ***** was in the area. She reached out to hin to confirm his availability and promptly called me back to advise he will be able to come by in 10minutes! ***** showed up on time, quickly repaired the handle and checked the other door too. He was courteous and professional! They are both valuable employees and they successfully represent the company and what it stands for. Their products are not cheap but you get what you pay for when dealing with ***!Renewal by Andersen of BC
