      They delivered a birthday present to the wrong address. Then it was stolen from that address, and I never received it and lost my shipping money.

      Uni Uni supposedly delivered a package to my door. I am in a condo and they should not have come to my suite without using the buzzer number I supplied on my order. They took a picture showing it was delivered to the unit but I never got the package. I have packages coming frequently and have never had this issue. Now I am out money as well as the contents of the package. I would give them a minus rating. The package was delivered on Mar 29/23. We were home all day and in and out the door (always one of us at home) but never saw the parcel.

      I personally worked for this company. Started and it was unorganized so my coworkers and i helped organize the warehouse. Then, they hired contractors and stopped calling their employees; replacing us great workers with them. We all we went a month with no work. Continuously told theres no work for us UniUni employees, yet the contractors were going in nearly daily, if not daily taking our, what was supposed to be full time, pay. I had to resign myself from the company due to the organizational issues, management issues, and having my job stolen out from under me. I loved this job and hate that ** having to make a review like this, but you cant run a business without taking your employees into consideration.

      If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered two packages, weeks apart from each other, from a merchant who uses UniUni. When i placed the orders the building number of my address was not entered. I used ****** both times so not sure why this happened. Package 1: delivered no issue (even without the building number present on the shipping address)Package 2: driver tried calling me to deliver package. I was unable to answer and the number they're using pops up as "likely fraud", so not answering that in the first place. 10 min later i receive and text saying my parcel has been delivered. No, package at my building. Turns out the driver just left my parcel at a building on my street they chose at random which has the same apartment number as mine. Just hoping it was correct.After many back and forth emails, UniUni they are refusing to refund me stating that because the address was incorrect their hands were tied. As if the notion of brining the parcel back their warehouse to try and deliver it again the next day, or try and contact me again to update the address information should not have occurred to the driver. They even state in one of their emails the driver is supposed to call to get the correct address or bring the package back to their warehouse. Not just leave the package at what they're hoping is the right location. They refuse to take blame for the incorrectly delivered package but are good with taking credit for delivering the first one (which had the same wrong address on it). If you can do it once you can do it twice. Steer clear of these people at all costs. ****************

      Horrible service. I ordered through Birdy Grey and entered my address correctly on their website. When the order was transferred to UniUni, someone entered the address incorrectly so it wasn't able to be delivered. I had to call twice to get the address properly updated. It has been over 2 weeks since the package was returned to the warehouse and I haven't heard anything yet. I reached out to their customer service email over a week ago and have yet to hear any response.

      I ordered goods delivered by UniUni express, from emmoil. Uniuni express delivered to the wrong address in my college campus, and I tried contacting customer service Through phone calls, voicemails, and emails, which were all ignored and not replied to. I sent proof from my mailroom (the address I set) that the package was delivered to the wrong address, showing the difference in surroundings compared to their confirmation photo. Addition to this, I also sent a screenshot of my mailroom/post offices manager stating the package was never delivered and received on their end and I should contact the carrier to get a refund on my goods. In order to get my refund from the company, I needed to get the case number from uniuni express but they will not contact me back in any form, and will NOT admit their wrongs from emmoils end. Resulting in me not able to get back my refund as a financially struggling college student. I would like my case number from UNIUNI express, and a contact back from their company as soon as possible, very disappointed in the express and the company as this is my first time receiving anything on their end. I have the delivery tracking number, and all the emails, receipts, in hand if needed.

      My order has been stuck at arrival scan for 3 weeks. I contacted them through email only for them to never respond, then I sent ANOTHER email and again, no response. Okay, so email didn't work :/ so I called at 5:30pm on a Monday (within their operating hours) they said they are CLOSED. I would have been okay if someone at least contacted me saying they were working on it but it's as if no one is working at this company at all.

      This is the worst delivery service I have ever seen. 1. 23 DAYS and I still havent received my package. 2. I rescheduled the delivery 2 times and they failed delivery 3 times.3. NO explanation from them even though I phoned the customer service 3 times and warned about writing a complaint. They pulled out the excuse of wrong contact info and made up a random phone number. I have the correct email address and phone number.4. My home address is in Richmond but they proceed to send it back to ******* warehouse for pickup.5. Not even a $5.00 credit compensation is issued for late delivery as promised.They think I am young and inexperienced so they can keep fooling me. They gave me no respect and treated me as a kid, not a customer.

      A jewelry order I placed used Uni and my package never arrived. I was texted and emailed once the package was delivered and went outside right away to retrieve it, but it wasnt there. I checked everywhere before letting them know. The other reviews are accurate. They dont answer the phone during business hours, or respond. I left a voicemail and submitted a contact form, but never heard back. This company is a **** and should be out of business.

      Wow this ** needs alot of work i ordered a lab top says delivered at 8,30 pm ahhhhh no parcel i checked the back door nothing i live on a street with a bus stop at front door there are gates on the street locked with a huge sign the says ALL PARCELS O BE DELIVED TO BACK DOOR the driver cant read he dropped the parcel on the street for all to take what kind of a guy does that dropping your parcel on the street 3 days and still have not hear from them.
