Id give zero stars if possible. My package was missing an item the seller said to contact uniuni they took over two weeks to get back to me and just told me to contact the seller. They delivered my package to the wrong house I think they need their eyes checked they took pictures and I knew it was not my house and the address was clear on the parcel and on the house very poor service if they can't see the difference between the numbers they should not be drivingReview fromMonica G

I have very expensive packages being delivered and have ring doorbell video of the packages being thrown at my door and then a picture bring taken. Why would you employee people who don't care about what they are delivering? Awful experience.Review fromLarry C.

I'm certainly not surprised they're not accredited. I received an email from UniUni delivery service saying"Hooray ******** your package has been delivered only to find a package for a (**** Bali}who lives somewhere in a new developement nearby. I checked the Email again to find the correct delivery photo of MY package. I sent the photo of ******* Package to UniUni. and they promptly sent a "LOST" package document and a Good Luck to you implication. I'm in an ongoing dispute with Zimomo PTE. ***. the ********** of the website "FULLOFCARTS" where I purchased a laptop holder for $36.98.USD and now ****** is involved. I believe that my package was intentionally "delivered" to the wrong house. The "delivery driver" made it a point to take pictures of the wrong house, assuming that my family and I are too stupid to figure it out. Unfortunately for this company, you took pictures of a house that has very accomplished residents and that my mother was able to find. My package was stolen by this company and my proof will be sent to my local law enforcement. BBB needs to seriously open up an active investigation with this company and remove their "accredited BBB" rating. They are criminals!!!
