      This company has flawless flower arrangements, they are always very friendly and always on time, they arrange the flowers in such a way that just brings you to them. They always have the best fresh flowers and its a pleasure doing business with them.

      THE WORST FLORAL COMPANY I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM, or Received flowers from.1)Dead or dying flowers. Delivered to me in May. 2022 2)ONE 4 inch poinsettia sent as DELUXE POINSETTIA BASKET SUPERSIZED. Card & 3 chocolates TOTAL $94.00. EMBARRASSING !!!!After numerous complaints a 6 inch pot was resent. Still not even close to 20x16 inch they advertised.3) Sent totally different basket than what I ordered. After I specifically said IF NOT EXACTLY AS IN PHOTO DO NOT WASTE TIME DELIVERING!!( was using up $20 gift voucher still cost me $54 for something I did not choose.A friend DID deliver a very nice Xmas basket to me for Xmas ( reason I sent both my sisters Live plants from this company.2 plants of the 5 have died already.( I have other Poinsettia from other stores still look as good as the day i bought them. NOT FROM BLOOMEX!!! No I will NEVER use BLOOMEX AGAIN!!!

      Flower arrangements a Teddy bear and chocolates were ordered on the 21st was supped to be delivered the 22nd of Dec 6 days later they were dropped off in  Fort McMurray at Stapels. Flowers were frozen dead the chocolate box was open when the box was opened up and the flowers leaked all over the bear. Rotting flowers Stinking up everything. The worker at staples opened the box for me and sent me pictures as she opened it all. Terrible business. *********************** or your time trying to get a refund.
