      Avoid the headache of dealing with Bloomex!!I ordered a beautiful mixed bouquet. For an extra ***** I could get morning delivery. Should work perfect.so I thought.Reality:Order wasnt delivered that morning, not even on that day, not even on the next day. As a matter of fact the order never was delivered. They had to go to the ************ to pick it up.At least they got the flowersnot!!!The arrangement wasnt even arranged. A bunch of mixed Coloured Roses. Not even any greenery with it.A reputable company would refund your money. Bloomex doesnt refund money!! I did, however, get a credit for the ***** morning delivery for my next order through Bloomexcant wait!!If you want to spent a few days emailing, talking to a call centre that cant do anything and experiencing absolute frustration..order through Bloomex!

      Do not ever order from BLOOMEX- what was delivered was nowhere close to the photo or what was described. The quality and qty was utterly embarrassing and frankly not acceptable. "VIP/We care" team ironically DO NOT CARE and refused refund, credit or replacement. Stay far away from these ********- false advertising and terrible Customer Service Will never order again.

      This company is not honest at all! They are cheating! The ordered flower bouquet is much less desirable than posted sample. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my daughter's anniversary. I was totally shocked when I saw what was delivered. So embarrassing! It was not only a much smaller bouquet with less flowers but different flowers from what I ordered too. It is a totally money grab. Never trust this company again!

      Very Uncooperative In Obtaining a Refund.We ordered a floral arrangement from this company and within 2 hours after online purchase was made, we asked for a cancellation of the order and a refund that was charged to our **** card. We explained the reason for the cancellation which was due to the recipient was distraught because of a serious illness of her husband and did not want any type of outside contact from friends. We found this out by speaking to a neighbor and that was the reason for the cancellation. The next morning we received an email from this business, who offered the following: "We can put your order on hold and you can use it whenever you need it. Alternatively, we can change the delivery address/delivery date/recipient/product and send the order when it is convenient to you. We can also issue you a store credit for a future use."I requested a 4th option - REFUND PLEASE !!.This business has over 35% Negative reviews and oh so many BBB complaints. I am somewhat to blame for this problem that we are having as I did not check them out before I placed my order. If I did -I WOULD NEVER HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM AND I SUGGEST THAT YOU LOOK AT ANOTHER FLORIST OTHER THAN BLOOMEX !!!!!!!Whether I ever receive my refund, at this point, I don't know at this time, but their offers are totally unacceptable. I cannot believe any company would operate as this one does. I guess their thinking is that there are many more 'fish in the sea', but little do they realize, the fish are dwindling.STAY AWAY !!!!!

      I have never thought that I needed that much water in my entire life! Now I am drinking so much, and it made me feel wonderful. My skin looks healthier, I have lost so much weight, and I do not have any more constipation. I just feel like a new person now.
