      I ordered a beautiful supersized bouquet of ***** Blush flowers for my sisters birthday. Not only did they deliver 4 days late, but they delivered a handful of wilted daisies. With a tiny foil balloon with no messaging as opposed to the Happy Birthday balloon that I paid for and the greeting card was a message written on the back of a coupon. I reached out to their customer service and all they did was apologize and say that what they delivered was of equal value to what I ordered and paid for. They will not accept accountability for anything but they were quick to take my money. They clearly have no regard and are incapable of providing customer service and they will not refund my money. I will NEVER use Bloomex again and I encourage everyone to think twice before paying for these con artists to provide a service. Makes me sick!

      Your business is ****!!! I ordered flowers for my mother for mother's day took 4 day to arrive. Not what I ordered I paid extra for more flowers to be put in boutique you didn't do it ! Absolutely embarrassing! I will never order from here again. Your company should be embarrassed your flowers are at best something you would find in a field! Shame on you ??

      Terrible. if you order flowers, dont expect them to be delivered on time, or at all. these crooks take your money and hang up on you when you call customer service asking for a manager or for a refund for unreceived product. no wonder there's a lawsuit against you.

      I'll never be buying from here again. Very misleading. You pay less than usual but you also get way less than expected. I ordered what I thought were going to be super vibrant beautiful colour bouquet based on the picture and description of the bouquet chosen. Instead we got half the size (I paid extra for the supersize to ensure they were big and full) and they were white and light pink. The picture was bright pink, peach and bright purple. Like what??? Are they insane? To pay extra for a larger set and get basic grocery store bouquet is unacceptable. The colour scheme wasn't even close to being the same either. I totally got scammed and will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. If they were small but at least the same colour I may have let it go but to be worse than grocery store selection at double the price?? Pure scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Pay a bit more and use a proper local florist in your area.

      I ordered a beautiful bouquet and when it arrived it looked nothing like like the photos. It honest looked like something someone would buy from the dollar store. I emailed customer service for 2 weeks and they said this:Thank you for contacting us. Please be informed that in accordance with our policy, we will not be able to issue a refund for an order that was confirmed, prepared, and sent out for delivery. To maintain your valued patronage, we are happy to provide you with an in-store credit on our website for future purchases. Kindly inform us if you would like us to proceed with this offer. Once again, we thank you for your business with us. Sincerely, Bloomex Team The bouquet cost over ***** and it was on sale. Regular ***** and the only credit they offered me was *****. I asked to speak to **** and they responded without a manager and gave me the exact same resoonse. I have pictures of what I ordered and what I rcvd. It was for a special person birthday and I was happy to be home when they arrived. I was mortified to give them to her. I felt cheap and this company by the reviews are liars and cheating their customers

      I ordered a medium sized fruit basket as a sympathy gift for a friend. Upon arrival, it looked like a kid opened a bag of oranges and a bag of kiwi and dumped them into a wicker basket. It was pathetic looking. Absolutely no variety and I know there are other fruits in the grocery stores right now. Like come on, throw in some bananas, maybe some grapes, a strawberry or 2 for some color?!? I complained to the company with no contact thereafter from them. I would never recommend Bloomex for any product when they can't even stand behind what they sell.

      I requested a delivery for a grieving friend and they arrived frozen. They were to be used at the funeral. My friend complained over the phone and they sent a replacement the following week(after the funeral) and they arrived frozen as well. I now no longer have access to my account, seems as if they deleted it. My saved login and password are listed as incorrect.I have used them with no issues in the past but this is a staggering change in performance.

      Very poor customer service. I ordered a White Blooming planter basket LF65-26 . They said white was unavailable and they needed to subsitute other flowers. I said no, I would chose a different basket. I confirmed on the phone that I would get a different Blooming planter basket SKU: LF54-33. Three hours later I get an email saying my original order for LF65-26 was going to be delivered. The workers do as they wish. If you communicating with them online and they know you are unhappy, as in my experience, they just stop typing and don't answer you. Next time I will BUY LOCAL, and AVOID this company. Because if you ask me, you never know what you will finally get sent.

      arrangement delivered looked nothing like the photo; cheap container & oasis was showing (poor design & mechanics). it was smaller and sparse with substitutions. do not recommend. buyer beware!
