      I had a wonderful experience with Bloomex retail florist. Their products are absolutely beautiful, and they have a great variety to choose from. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made my shopping experience even better. And the prices are very reasonable, so you don't have to break the bank to enjoy their high-quality products. I highly recommend Bloomex retail florist to anyone in the market for beautiful, affordable flowers.

      If I could give a zero I would. I was delivered dead flowers to my father funeralWhen I complained they offered me $20 credit to my account on a $600+ order..The credit was never applied. Funeral was March 13 and its now April 2nd. Youre better off making your own and spending $500 at *******

      Abhorrent customer service on multi-levels. Ridiculous refund policy (aka no such thing as a refund at Bloomex) Failed to deliver my order not once but twice, when I requested a refund (as recipient was no longer in the hospital) they refused. After repeated attempts to get my refund, I was forced to use an altered store credit and send flowers to someone else. I have used Bloomex in the past but I will never use they again.
