      Largest selection of flowers ever. Did a beautiful arrangement for my fathers funeral. Love them.

      Please know this company is notorious for not delivering or deliver dead inventory. In the case of their eatables I have read there has been rat dropping in it. They don't do refunds or have a customer service that will take accountability. If you want to surprise a special someone and celebrate am occasion PLEASE skip this company, you will for sure be dissaponted, embarrassed, and very frustrated not to mention the 100s of dollars wasted ??

      * ******* ***** **** **** * ****** ** ***** *** ****. Bloomex is not to be trusted. If you can, order from a florist that is within your area. The will care more about their service than an international business like Bloomex. Twice they promised the flowers that I ordered for my wife would be delivered before Easter...they never did deliver. And just like Bean, there is no way of getting your money back. There response is either reorder and miss the reason for the celebration date or request a credit for a future order that you can apply to. Since they cannot be trusted to fulfil orders, how can you trust them for future orders?

      BBB: Bloomex should be SHUT DOWN!! I'm not sure how anyone can rate Bloomex above a 1 star....it should be a big fat 0 star in my opinion. I ordered flowers for the anniversary of my dad's passing on apr 2. I placed the order Apr 1 @ 1:30 ******* time (order was for **...so 12:30 there) and was told there was no way it could be delivered that day or Sunday as the suppliers were closed on Sunday. OK, I agreed to have them delivered on Monday even though it was a day past the anniversary. Monday I get an email saying d/t supplier issues, it would have to be Tuesday. The phone rang as soon as I had read the email with a Bloomex rep saying they would have to change some of the flowers in the arrangement; I asked with what; he did not know. I complained that this was ridiculous; I should be aware of what the changes would be and was told to "not use that tone of voice"....really? He then proceeded to tell me I had to make a decision immediately before he sent out the flowers: do I want the cancel the order or send with replacement. I replied that I would like to know what the replacement would be....by this time I've starting reading Bloomex reviews online (wish I'd done that first!). He told me to call back when I make my decision and HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and cancelled the order, asked for a refund and was told "only managers can issue refunds" and I would get an email regarding this within 24 hours. Got it and apparently am only allowed a credit or the send a similar bouquet at another time.....I drove to my bank; I'll be starting proceedings with Mastercard ASAP Bloomex. I want my money back! You guys are ******, no respect for the customer AT ALL!
