      I thought to give them a try for mother's day since they have a decent rating on ******* I had a terrible experience. Bloomex is unreliable, unprofessional and unethical thieves. I called in to place an order well over a week before mother's day, I asked for morning delivery and was told it would arrive by 1pm latest. I also asked to have a greeting card with my message on it included for an additional cost of $5. My mom didn't get the flowers till past 6pm and there was no greeting card, my message was printed at the back of a flyer. Also I had paid for delux to add more flowers but it didn't look very full. When I picked my mom up for dinner that day she told me the whole day she thought I forgot to send her flowers this year and felt sad. I called Bloomex but they keep repeating that it's the policy that flowers are delivered by 8pm but then why did their rep confirm morning delivery by 1pm? If he had said it would be by 8pm I would have called a place that can delivery flowers in the AM. I wanted her to have the flowers all day to light up her day, not at dinner time when it's end of day. They won't take any accountability for the greeting card either and only apologized and said their was a mix up. A mix up for an order placed well in advance? I have called them several times to speak to a manager to come to a resolution as I had paid for a greeting card and asked for morning delivery. The reps either hang up on me or refuse to put me through to a manager or have one call me back. One of the reps even said "we are not trying to rob you" but I feel like I was robbed. They all sound like offshore customer service. They tried to offer me store credit at the end but why would I ever shop with them again after such a horrible experience and them hanging up on me multiple times? They have not made any efforts to rectify this. I will never use or recommend them. 0 stars if I could. So disappointed, mother's day is such a special day and they ruined it for **.

      Extremely disappointed. I ordered snap dragons for mothers day and one day before mothers day, someone calls to say they don't have those and to send a boring mixed bouquet. I was upset because I had no choice but to accept as I wouldn't have been able to get flowers anywhere else for mothers day. The girl on the phone was one of the most unhelpful people I have ever spoken to. I begrudgingly agreed to the inferior bouquet and asked for a partial refund which was outright denied. I asked to speak to a supervisor which was also outright denied. She basically just ignored my concerns and asked if I wanted the bouquet or not. I agreed and wanted to contact someone from bloomex myself as I felt I was owed a partial refund for the inferior bouquet which I couldn't guarantee was pet friendly. The next day (mothers day) the flowers never came. I contacted bloomex the day after and my order had been cancelled!!! I was very clear in agreeing to the replacement flowers. I am certain the girl cancelled the order out of spite and ruined my mothers mothers day. I couldn't have been clearer that I still wanted the flowers. After speaking to someone over chat who was also incredibly unhelpful, I felt so defeated. I asked them for a manager too. She said shed report it to them but after that sent me template messages that did not pertain to what I was writing. I sent two emails including screenshots of the chat. I still havent heard back at all. I got a refund which was not for the full amount. I am now out of money due to currency exchange and that wouldn't have happened if that sour employee didn't cancel my order against my wishes. This company has given me nothing but grief and is refusing to reply to my emails. Incredibly disappointing especially to my mother and I am shocked that businesses are still running like this with such poor customer service.

      I ORDERED ******* WITH CHOCLATES.TEDDY BEAR,FLOWERS!THAT WAS ON *** 4TH. THEY WHERE TO BE DELIVERED *** 9TH. WELL ON *** 9TH HALF OF ORDERED WAS SENT NOT EVEN WHAT I ORDER IN FLOWERS !SO SINCE *** 9TH . I HAVE BEEN CALLING EVERYDAY SOMETIMES 3 TIMES A DAY !!NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE PLUS MY ORDER WAS TO BE FOR ***** ** DOLLARS TOTAL THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ***** DIDN,TEVEN ORDER ROSES BUT THAT IS WHAT WAS SENT !!ALSO THEY HAVE HUNG UP ON ME AND SAID E MAIL WILL BE SENT NO E MAIL AT ALL AND TODAY IS *** 17TH.       DO NOT USE. Ordered flowers. There was no indication on the ordering form that Bloomex could not fill the order. Two days later, still no flowers and no response from the company. Im very disappointed. Please do not use this company.

      unacceptable product. my mother and mother-in-law received bouquets of wilted flowers for Mothers Day. And one set wasn't even what was in the description. Photos were provided to vendor; no customer resolution. Other then saying photos weren't good enough. Do not use this service

      They have been very difficult to deal with. It started with celebrating my son's first child. I ordered two gifts - flowers and treat basket. - no complaints about the treat basket - but the flowers were a complete disappointment - it was nothing like they showed - and did not say there would be less than what was offered - no card, no extra treats as shown in picture.On top of that I paid for a vase that did not even show up. I phoned phoned phoned. I emailed at least 6 times. They keep on wanting to give me Bloomex bucks but I just want partial money back for what I paid for but did not receive. They spent more time on me than what it costs to return my money. It is not a lot of money but it is the principal of the matter and frankly I will never recommend this place to anyone - and the bloomex bucks (which has never appeared as they promised) will not be used as I do not want to do business with them ever

      I placed an order on April 18, 2023 for a delivery date of May 04, 2023, using Express Image- Morning delivery (9 a.m.-12.p.m). The order did not arrive on the date listed as of this writing still waiting for my order to arrive.All the best to whomever orders from this company.

      Did not receive at all what I ordered. When I sent an email to explain my expectations were not met, I was told that if flowers in ordered arrangement were not available, then comparable flowers would be substituted. Not true. Carnations, other cheap flowers and other greenery were included, that I would never have ordered. A special occasion deserves special flowers. Bloomex ruined that experience. I will never use them again and will never recommend them.JY

      BUYER BEWARE:They absolutely do not accommodate customers in returns, refunds, satisfaction or return phone calls. Very expensive flowers and if delivery is complicated they ask for more money, no refund only credit and they dont compromise on customer happiness.My flowers are STILL waiting in warehouse to be delivered- but I refuse to pay EXTRA on everything thats ALREADY been paid! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FLOWERS FROM HERE

      This company grossly misrepresented the flowers that I selected and paid for. I paid to send a supersized bouquet selected from their website. The recipient received flowers that looked nothing like I ordered and 1/2 the size. **************** is dreadful and their only recourse was to offer a discount on my next order.With such a dreadful experience theres no way I would order from them again.
