This company was the fastest and easiest company to deal with rectifying my issue.Due to my mistake of entering a wrong email address for my wife for our testing before our ******* Cruise. ******** quickly found her incorrect email address and changed it so that the confirmation email and link was sent.Best service I have had in a very long time. Able to book easily. And when I needed to cancel the order (virtual testing), it was processed quickly. No issues.If there was a need for this testing (I hope we never have a need for Covid testing again!), I would use them again.

I had great help from ******** in a timely manner.However I placed the same order twice, as the first one did not continue. Neither did the second order, so I am confused and about my personal information being out there somewhere?I like the product. One suggestion though. A stand of some kind to hold the tube would be very helpful and practical.**********.Rapid Test & Trace Canada

Thank you for your review and kind words. Apologies you had an issue at checkout, but I can assure you that our system is very secure and your personal information is safe. I would be happy to look into further if it would help ease your mind. There is a trick to holding the tubes as not all tests come with a stand; you can use the box and poke a hole with a pen and the tube will sit nicely so you can complete the test. We signed up for two online tests for our travel and even though at this point we have not had our appointments, any questions Ive had their customer service responded within 30 minutes every time. Super friendly, super helpful, highly recommend!Rapid Test & Trace Canada

We had booked a virtual test for an upcoming cruise but when my husband developed symptoms before the scheduled appointment we found out he had COVID and travel was not going to be possible. We contacted the company, canceled our virtual appointment. They were understanding and professional and returned our test funds. We have no hesitation in recommending them and we hope to use them in the future for travel.Rapid Test & Trace Canada
