I scheduled my first appointment on April 27th...flight was cancelled so my rapid test will be outdated and won't be accepted at my destination. Long story short, it was a stressful night and day. Chatted with ***************************** who had been an ****** I had to re-book another appointment and I accidentally booked it at a wrong date. She was so helpful and accommodating, booked me in at a last minute and was so patient and understanding with my situation. It's nice to know that there are at least people out there who would go above and beyond to help. Thank you *******!Rapid Test & Trace Canada

I placed an order for a pre travel covid test before the booking an appointment. When I saw there were no available appointment's for the time frame I needed, I immediately contacted Rapid test.
