Wonderful customer service and friendly nurses! I had to book a test last minute and Mafe//Rochelle worked with me to find an available nurse. Would recommend.

The process was a breeze. The staff who observed the test were friendly and thorough with directions. The travel certificate was received quickly and I liked how they didnt end the observed test until it was verified that the email was received and it was correct. I had an issue that was quickly resolved so I would still give 5 stars. Will use this service again if needed for travel or work.Rapid Test & Trace Canada

Very helpful people with great quick response time. The testing people were so friendly and made the test seem so easy! They guided us through the process very well. I recently organized an extended family international trip. Several of our party members used Rapid Test and Trace's services. We were all happy with the products and service we received and I was especially happy with each of the costumer service representatives I chatted with. They courteously and promptly answered all of my questions even when there was a delay in a refund being issued for a cancelled service. On my recent order, I made the mistake of listing the wrong shipping address .
