We had issues with delivering our tests - but that was a **** issue. ******** was amazing in following up and bearing with me while we kept tracking the delivery. An absolute pleasure to deal with, always quick to respond and VERY personable. I would use this service again in a heartbeat!

We had an extremely positive experience getting our online Covid tests done. *****************************, the ***** lady who oversaw our tests, was extremely professional. Just booked for 4 of us... was easy and the price is great at $30 each. This will be the second time we have used this for cruising. Last time we had 6 of us test with your company and it was easy and simple. I just recommended this company to another set of friends who will be using it. Very easy to use at home with our own kits. Out of necessity, we booked our tests with Rapid Test & Trace Canada. The process of selecting a date and booking a time was easy with the company providing lots of follow-up. In the meantime, the cruise company no longer required the pre departure test so we cancelled. Again, the cancellation process was easy and a full refund was immediately issued. Should the future require such a test be necessary, we shall certainly be in touch with Rapid Test & Trace Canada and re-book.Thank you Rapid Test & Trace CanadaRapid Test & Trace Canada

Wonderful customer service! Rochelle helped tremendously to navigate the refund process as I have ordered a antigen kit not accepted by my cruise company! I questioned the cruise companys prejudice but happy to get my refund so quickly.Rapid Test & Trace Canada

Rapid Test and Trace did a great job. Our original nurse didn’t connect with us so we called their customer service line and Rochelle immediately answered. She got us another nurse and our results were received within 15 minutes. Thanks nurse Madison for jumping in and Rochelle for connecting us with her.
