Product sold was not suitable for home use. Also, the product information provided on website was incomplete, omitting an important limitation of the test which was only revealed after opening the package. Overall my purchase was a complete waste of money. Customer service was unhelpful despite escalating to a manager - they responded to me with information for another product which I had not purchased. They seemed uninformed and confused about the tests they are selling.

Hello, apologies you are disappointed with your experience with us. We focus primarily on Antigen tests, with a small offering of Antibody tests which may have confused the customer service agent. Same as below..question asked and replied to very quickly within the hour. Having used rapid testing for Covid positivity/negativity in May it was very prompt, for the interview time, professionally done by the nurses online, and certificate sent immediately as stated and checked that it arrived in the email correctly. I was so grateful to find home Covid antibody tests to help our family assess whether we had any remaining protection against the virus. Its great that a ******** company provides these resources to the ******** public at such reasonable prices. ******** was so kind and professional to connect with and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions in a very timely and thorough manner. Had some trouble ordering as I didn't understand how to order. Some examples on their website would have helped. It took some time to get everything straighten out but the company was very helpful and quick to respond.The test was done without a hitch. Had a very good experience with this company. Customer support helped me with an issue very diligently. I was surprised that the matter was taken care of so smoothly, and that the company followed up with me throughout the ordeal.
