  I had an amazing experience with Mad City Windows and Baths. I first had Kevin come to my home and explain everything in detail. My girlfriend stopped by and drilled him about the windows he was selling. Well I'll tell you what he was polite and answered every question she had. I ended up doing seven of my second story and made two sets of two windows into one larger one each. They ended up starting the project about two months later. When they came to do this I was not sure about the whole process and what to expect but they walked me through it and I remained cool. Wow was I blown away with the whole project and the new look. I've never had a company perform so well. It was about two months that had gone by and Kevin gave me a shout out. He was checking to see if I was happy and I had anything else that Mad City could do for me. I told him that I had one window that I wasn't happy with the it looked on the outside. I also said that I would be interested in doing three more windows on my main floor. His office is around one hundred and twenty miles away but he drove up to meet with me anyways. He looked at the one window that I told him that it didn't look right and he agreed with me. At the time Kevin came up we discussed the cost to do the three main floor windows he said that he would make sure that the window that didn't look right would be fixed. Well about two months later the crew came out to start the job they were on time and very professional. This job was way quicker than the first time. Zach and Jamie were the installers. Very polite however they told me that since I had ice on my roof that they didn't feel safe going to fix the window that wasn't right. They said that they would come back two days later to do the repair. I thought oh boy! However they did show up exactly as promised and completed the job from the first time out. I am very impressed with the professionalism of this company and the employees that work there. Yes I would use them again.

  We r so happy with our new windows!! We had 14 replaced and they did a fantastic job. Very professional. Made sure everything was clean when they were done. Very pleasant to work with. Addressed all our concerns and issues with the old windows. They even specialized to set of windows for us. I would recommend them to who ever was replacing windows!!!Thank you!

  Mad City just replaced my shower insert with a new tub/shower. It was all done in less than a day and I couldnt be more pleased. I love the work and the care they took with my home was excellent. They are exceptional at communication and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I found them very easy to work with.

  I can not express the amazing job that Jaya and Kimping with mad city and Bath, did on our kitchen renovation. Their skills were top notch in the renovation. Not only were they skilled but so very respectful to us in our home. Also a shout out to Gregory **********, our salesman, he was very resourceful and kind. I highly recommend Mad City for your renovations.

  My installer, Octavio was a very good carpenter and he did an excellent job. Converting my old cast-iron tub to a new tub and shower surround. My bathroom was very uneven and they were many complications but he did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend him 100% for my next project or anybody else else’s bathroom project. The manager, Zach was also very professional and he helped with significant some of the things that came up. Octavio is very good at what he does and has excellent personal and communication skills! This is a very good company and I’m so glad I went with these guys instead of another company that gave me a quote!
