      Mad City just replaced our old tub/shower combo with a new walk-in shower. Rusty did a great job. The work was done quickly and professionally. He cleaned up everything at the end and made sure that we were satisfied with the work and understood all the warranty/care information. Excellent work!

      Good customer service during Install, but they didn't seal the bottom of shower correctly and I now have mold under seals and there is also a gap in the shower where water can get in and cause more mold. Really would love them to correct this.

      So very helpful from the planning stages of converting my tub to a shower. Mad City got all the necessary permits and paperwork needed to get everything started. The process only took 2 days!!!!! Other places I called said at least one week. Well, who can go that long without bathing and I didn't want all the upheaval in my house that long. Thank you to ALL who worked together in making my bathroom safer for me to use. You are appreciated!

      Mad City Windows & Baths are very reputable, honest, professional and kind, from the sales rep, Chris to the installer of our walk-in shower, Dewisth to our project manager, Clayton. They all were great to work with and Dewisth was very clean throughout the demolition of the old tub and shower through the installation of the walk-in shower.       From the salesman who spent hours explaining the product to the installation crew led by Omar, the entire experience was excellent! Omar and his team not only cut the installation timeframe by one day but minimized the disruption to the inside of my home by installing all 25 windows the first day and then installing the metal treatments the second day. They removed the old windows and debris, swept and cleaned the inside of my home and removed all the stickers and cleaned the windows before leaving. The windows themselves are absolutely amazing, function flawlessly, beautified my home and made it much more energy efficient! Well done Mad City!!

      We had a bath tub/ shower replacement done. Everyone we worked with was helpful and polite. The work was done in a timely manner. Unfortunately the bath tub did not drain properly. Shane and Declan worked with us to have the project completely redone at no extra cost to us. We are very happy with the finished project.
