      Mad city and Bath did a super job replacing my existing shower insert with a very professional shower. Kyle was very professional from demo to finalization. I would recommend Mad city any day.

      I have read all the 1 star reviews and I am dumbfounded by them. This company is very professional I bought 2 tub/shower combo one year ago. Yes the demo time was consuming but who would want a company to conceal information. It does have a Lifetime Guarantee for those 1 star reviews. Pedro and his crew very polite and professional, they covered my floos and cleaned up afterwards. Most of all I love my bathroom! I've lived here 35 years and been waiting for the right company to come along. I was blessed to have Pedro from Mad City do a fantastic job! FYI I have new cabinets being installed in June. Also Bryan came to check everything afterwards and what a kind man and a perfectionist, which I like a person that takes pride in his work. Set time aside and see all what they offer you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this company.

      Mad City Windows & Baths: - THE BEST! We had two showers remodeled and they look fantastic. Andy and Angel did a great job from beginning to end. It took 10 hours total over two days to install both showers. Their workmanship was impeccable, and they were a pleasure to work with. BEST! Our two new showers are just beautiful!       We are very pleased with our new walk-in shower! The process from getting an estimate through the installation was pleasant and smooth. Zach was our installer and was friendly, helpful in answering any questions that we had, and a hard and steady worker who got the job done right, in one day. The shower is beautiful and very functional with grab bars and a fold down shower seat. It’s a safety improvement we will appreciate for years! We highly recommend Mad City Windows & Baths! ~******* and **** ******* Job #*******

      The communication with sales, and installers was excellent. There was follow-up to check on my satisfaction. I am encouraged that this is a brick and mortar facility in my community in the event of service needs. The price for my installation was competitive and the quality of the product was as expected. I would recommend this firm to all who are intrested.

      We are very pleased with the walk-in shower installed in place of the whirlpool tub. They did an excellent job and it is gorgeous!! Providing care is so much easier and safer with the conversion.

      Mad City installed a new shower in place of a jacuzzi tub I removed, the job was done quickly and with a high level of professionalism, even when we hit a few snags. They worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. My installer, Marshall, was fantastic.
