      QuoteWizard has conduct additional research on the documented received. As previously stated, lead credits are available to a maximum of 25% of the total leads received and the agent signed and agreed to a contract with QuoteWizard for the following filter packages:
      Preferred Homeowner Search No Condo leads which filter for ********* Home and No Condo.
      Wizard Premier Auto leads which filter for the driver being insured 1 or More Years, No Incidents, Driver Over 25, Not High Risk, No DUI, No SR22, and No Suspensions.

      QuoteWizard cannot disclosure specific details for each lead credits on the documentation provided because we cannot provide any personally identifiable information on the response.
      However, here is a summary of what was received and reviewed.
      1 has not been submitted
      1 received and will be submitted for review.
      1 denied as request outside of the 10-day window for lead return
      12 submitted and denied because they were over the 25% limit at the time.

      I have never used this service or been on the site or provided my contact information IN ANY WAY. I googled insurance options and only visited the ***** and United websites where I also did not submit ANY personal information. I have received 80 phone calls in the past 28 hours from QuoteWizard using different phone numbers. They all leave a silent 14 second voicemail. If I answer they ask about my health insurance inquiry THAT I NEVER SUBMITTED. I have answered and asked to be removed from their lists for 30/80 calls. I sent a complaint email and have received no response. I have never given quote wizard any information nor ever interacted with them. I did not provide my phone number or any personal information.

      Getting spam calls and messages. I need to be put on the do not call list. At least 20 calls in 1 hour.

      QuoteWizard.com, LLC (QuoteWizard) received a ****** lead from the consumer (*** *****) for a health inquiry quote (dental) on 10/23/2024. The consumer went through QuoteWizard standard qualification process.And after receiving the BBB complaint, QuoteWizard was able to pull the consumers call, unfortunately, because the consumer was interested only for a visual/dental plan, we were unable to match the consumer with a carrier.
      QuoteWizard has added the consumers information to its internal Do-Not-Call and unsubscribe list, and we have notified our referral agents to cease all contact to the consumer immediately. Do not call list will take ***** hours to process and 7-10 business days for the emails to subside. In addition, we are not able to remove the information from our database due to state and federal record retention laws.
      We sincerely hope this information has resolved the consumers concerns in this matter.?

      I have never signed up for any kind of quote but I get hundreds of calls a week. I cannot block the number and tell everyone i do not want on the list to no avail. I can no longer use my phone and I run multiple businesses so this is really starting to hinder my business. If this doesn't stop i will have to go after them for punitive damages. Please have them remove any contact info that was incorrectly entered into their system and they are selling to subscribing partners as "leads".

      (‘QuoteWizard”) has investigated the matter addressed in the BBB complaint. However,
      with the information provided to us, there is no record of the consumer (Derick
      Haynes) in our database.
      Our records
      indicated that twice on 10/08/2024 there was an auto loan inquiry matching only
      the phone number provided in the BBB consumer complaint (405) 401-0329).
       In addition, QuoteWizard further investigated the
      matter, the auto loan inquiry was under a different name and we have no history
      in our database for  the email address ([email protected])
      and address 1590 SE 29th St, Choctaw, OK 73020, as provided in BBB
      consumer complaint.
      QuoteWizard has added the consumer’s phone number provided the BBB
      complaint to its internal Do-Not-Call and unsubscribe list, and we have
      notified our referral agents to cease all contact to the consumer immediately. Do not call list will take 24-48
      hours to process and 7-10 business days for the emails to subside. In addition, we are not able to
      remove the information from our database due to state and federal record
      retention laws.  We sincerely
      hope this information has resolved your concerns in this matter.

      I received several calls in one day from a state farm in a state I dont reside in. They confirmed quote wizard provided my birthday (thankfully slightly off), name, number which is violating and annoying. In the same time soan Ive received 10 spam calls within minutes of these calls. Im surprised I could actually find information on this company and Im upset they shared my personal info for marketing reasons. Never reached out

I would prefer a refund of the full $250, but I would even be willing to settle for at least the remaining $150.00 on my account as this has taken a hit to my earnings.       QuoteWizard.com,LLC (QuoteWizard) has investigated the matter addressed in the BBB complaint. Agent signed on QuoteWizard.com, LLC (QuoteWizard) to receive leads, calls, or services on September 16, 2024, with Exclusive Life Leads ($15 per lead); the agent contacted *************** at QuoteWizard to move the initial activation date from 09/23/2024 to 09/20/2024, the agent account began to receive leads on 09/20/2024.
      The agent received 5 leads at $15 each for a total of $75 (leads) and 1 $10 lead totaling $85:
      $250 initial agent deposit
      $85 (billable leads)
      $250 - $85 = $165 was refunded to agent.
       It appears when the agent called in on 9/26/2024 the call was disconnected, we sent the agent a confirmation email that we would be closing out the account. The agent also emailed our support inbox requesting to cancel, we confirmed the account would be closed out and would refund the remaining balance to the agents primary card.
      After reviewing the cancellation call from 9/26/2024,the QW representative was very professional with responses and showed the agent how to credit leads before we would close out the account. It appears that the call might have gotten disconnected from the agent's end. We did send a courtesy follow-up email that we would close out the account.
      We sincerely hope this information has resolved the concerns in this matter.

      Request to re-open complaint #******** I am still being harrsssed by QuoteWizard.com LLC. They are still leaking and harvesting my personal information such as name, allocation and DOB without my consent. I believe they are running a phishing scam currently and are baiting people with emails and texts regarding their healthcare plans

      I am rejecting this response because I have received WELL over one outbound phone call and text message from this company for "*****" and previously for another name ("******* from WV.") I have been receiving phone calls and text messages from spoofed numbers associated with Quote Wizard since 2022, I have asked them repeatedly to remove my number from their list and they have not complied. I will only be satisfied with this company ensuring me that they will never contact me (by phone, by email, or any other venue) again under any circumstance -- I have never visited their website, filled out any form, or consented to any communications from this company. This communication is simply untruthful.

      They also have a pattern of calling me from a spoofed number, then when I decline the call, they immediately pick back up again. This number is often routed back to Quote Wizard's main line.

      Please do not contact me again -- I will continue to reject any correspondence that implies I have filled out any consent forms to be contacted by this company for any reason. I have not, and your company has been unresponsive to me telling them I am not ***** and they need to remove me from their list. My name is not *****. The only ************ have ever known in my life is a dog. This is why the name and email address do not match your files, you harassed me as first calling me "*******" and then "*****." When I block the spoofed number, this company contacts me through a new spoofed number. 

      I have also had my current phone number for about 15 years, so there is no possibility that someone named ***** who used to have my phone number filled out the form on their website and then changed his number. There is no ***** or ******* and I need this business to commit to never contacting the number ************ before I will consider this complaint resolved.

If another call or text is received, I will file another complaint.

      I also would request that QuoteWizard implement some degree of verification for the information gathered through their website, as there has never been a ***** associated with my phone number. I will also again reiterate that I have received FAR MORE than 1 call from QuoteWizard.
