Hello. My complaint was ID ******** and my was resolved a few weeks ago.
After the resolution, I stopped receiving the spamming calls until today. As of today, I have already gotten two calls from them. The business only stopped the calls until my complaint was 'resolved' and then began again. I'm not sure what to do.

I have received 10 phone calls and 2 text in the last 15 minutes about enrolling in health insurance. I have never reached out for a quote on health insurance and have requested each point of contact to be removed from their call list. One gentleman pushed back 4 times to inquire if I have active health insurance when the only feedback I was giving was "remove my number from your call list." It is insanely annoying and distracting. LendingTree,LLC has investigated the matter addressed in the complaint. Per our records,the customer information does not match our system of record except for the phone number. We believe this could be a case of human error and it was a typo on the end user entering their information on the original request. Per the attached documents provided, the texts were addressed to a ***** and not ****** as indicated on the complaint. **************** ****** has been unsubscribed and the agents matched with the consumer have been informed and have placed the consumer on their do not call list. I have been inundated with spam text messages, phone calls and emails from insurance agencies in the last 7 to 10 days who claim I submitted a request via ************ for home insurance quotes. I have no knowledge of requesting this information, and in fact they all have appear to have the wrong date of birth for me as well (the same wrong date of birth by the way).Business Response

PLEASE HELP ME! QuoteWizard will NOT stop calling my office. Over 40 calls in less than 5 hours. I signed up for their "do not call list", but I keep getting calls from them. Went to website to "Unsubscribe", but that did not help either. So far, they have used 12 different numbers to harass me. *************************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************, ************.When I get a human to answer, one call in 5, I ask how to get off the list and they hang up on me. The morning of 27 September, approximately, 10:30AM, I entered data into "pickhealthinsurance.com" to get a healthcare insurance cost for my company. Quotewizard.com came up. With in a minute of pressing "enter", my phone rang. When I picked it up, our second line in the office rang, then the third! They were all from Quote wizard! I asked the representative what was going on, but they kept talking over me. It's like I wasn't there. I hung up, and the phone rang again. Same Quotewizard. Then all four of our lines rang! ALL Quotewizard. I went onto BBB and saw MULTIPLE complains about them. I went online, filled out the do not call form. Then, during one of the 20+ calls we kept getting, there was an option to be placed on their "do not call" list. GREAT. I did that. BUT, at 2:10PM, I am STILL getting phone calls, but they hang up now. I know it's QuoteWizard, as it's the SAME number that keeps calling us. I've never been harassed like this before.
