    I misplaced my phone while hanging out with friends on Friday night 9/15/2023 to Saturday morning 9/16/2023. my ******* galaxy flip 5 went missing. i didn't realized this until the next morning. I have been reaching out to servify for 5 days now and they are declining my claim. my **** was activated which they claim it wasn't and my plan is still active. i need this issue resolved as soon as possible as I am losing money for not being able to be reached on my phone. I wish I could give a 0 rating.

    Was in another state on vacation when I dropped my phone. I was able to find a nearby ubreakifix and schedule a same day appointment. Phone was repaired within an hour and a half! Amazing service and phone was just like new!

    Scheduling a repair and getting it fixed was really easy. The hardest part was deciphering the phone call to get there. Lots of background noise made it really hard to understand the customer service agent

    The time it took from my phone accidentally falling into a pool to me getting my replacement was less than 48-hours. They provided an excellent box to put my old phone in, and I was kept notified about the progress of my claim.

    I recently had my OnePlus Nord N10 5G repaired, and I was very happy with the experience. The phone had a cracked screen, so I called customer support to help me out. They asked me to ship my device to the *********************** and after a few days, I got my phone back with a new screen. The whole thing was awesome.
