      I ordered merchandise from Amazon and I had to return it because it was the wrong size, a platform metal bedframe, it's been a week and I have not received my refund to my bank account, I've called them and they keep saying that I have to wait 30 days for my refund. I will never order anything from them again. I don't understand why the long wait for a refund, everyone keeps lying to me. I'm on a fixed income and I need my money back.

      I requested a certain color in my order. The color they sent didn't match. They had their own chart with the photo of the colors. Their chart shows two shades of purple. The dark purple and the light violet purple. I clicked on the photo of the dark purple star. Therefore Amazon didn't care to honor the color I requested and paid for. Therefore, they refused to mail me a return label by mail or by email.

      Amazon sent me a bike that I didnt want and told me that the bike will never come but came anyway and I was told in order to return the bike Id have to pay for shipping. Just terrible

      Amazon has the worst customer service out there. This company will sell you used and defective products and then make you jump through hoops to get a refund or replacement item. Consistently sends wrong items, defective items and used items. With little or no way to get a refund or replacement. Many times have to wait 2 months to get a refund. I would not recommend using amazon on any business or personal level.

      I ordered a cooling blanket. I left a review that it didn't keep me cool. So like a week later Amazon sent a text stating that I could get a full refund without sending the item back. I was having troubles so I called customer service and he stated yes you have to send it back. Well I had 2 different answers. I told them I will keep it but I will never shop Amazon again.

      After nine months of use, my APPloki Smart lock stopped working. I contacted Amazon where the purchase was made, and was informed that "unfortunately" they can't do anything. In other words, everything you buy through them has no after-sales service or even a refund offer.

      Ive been shopping with Amazon for years off n on! N I love the Amazon products, but now Im turn off by them n will spend my money elsewhere. Shipping n handling cost me $159..paid $96 for first installment n what I order is to big for my space, now they charging me $235 to $250 to ship it back! If I had known that the charge was going to be more that n I paid I would have never placed that order, & I dont think that its fair! What a way to spend money on **********!!

      I am sure this text will not be answered spent two days working on my account which was hacked I am very disappointed with Amozon the way they handled my case. They should be ashamed I have been 100%happy with my amozon account up until now what a nightmare now my account has been canceled the hacker ordered money counting machines case if rolling papers for rolling joints and PlayStation Crazy talk to the young lady from the *********** who was reading from a card assured me everything would be ok. Nothing!! Shame on you

      I purchased a coffee table from Amazon and I was assembling it and it collapsed the item was material is defected and I want my money refunded but AMAZON took the money from me and said they will not refund my money because it came from a third party company before I found out that it came from a third partys company I didnt know I was purchasing from a third party company I paid $143.10 dollars and I am disabled and ****************************************************************** the run around I need help

      Be very careful with Amazon. com as the company misrepresents merchandise, policy, has no desire to honestly correct such misrepresentations or provide any semblance of customer service in an effort to make a sale. The staff are equally dishonest and have no desire to provide any customer service as they will claim to not see what is clearly shown on their webpage or offer a resolution. I purchased a Travelpro Platinum Elite 29" Softside checked Bag, 4/7/2025, from Amazon through my roommate's prime account. The webpage clearly indicates a free return was available. I was not happen with the color and signed in to Amazon.com to exchange the luggage for a different color. The only option was to go through the vendor at a shipping cost of $27.14. No other option was provided. A telephone call to Amazon customer service, 4/14/2025, proved frustrating and fruitless. The representative insisted that there was no specification promising a free return and she could not see it on the webpage. I informed her that I was looking at the webpage, where it was located, and clearly stated a free return was available. I offered to send her a screen shot. She declined to accept the screen shot and insisted that i would have to pay the fee to return the suitcase.
