      Recently, my Xbox account and console were permanently banned by Xbox in 5/22. Despite my attempts to appeal the ban, they swiftly rejected it. What's truly frustrating is that I hardly ever use my Xbox, yet I find myself facing this ban without any clear justification. What's more concerning is the lack of transparency in the process; upon denial of the appeal, there's no way to reach out to the Enforcement Team for further clarification. One would expect that such a severe action as an account and console ban would be accompanied by a detailed explanation supported by evidence, yet I received nothing of the sort. I would greatly appreciate it if the Better Business Bureau could facilitate communication with a Microsoft team member involved in the Enforcement team, allowing me to address this unjust ban and potentially have my account reinstated.

      Microsoft allowed a hack in my emails and now they refuse to let me recover my email after i provide all the correct information such a waste of time with there dum reps who can never help now emails i need i will never be able to receive how they made it easy for a hacker to access my information an give access easy but me the owner u cant help with all correct details stay away from this cheap bs company because if something happens with your acct they will not take proper steps to help

      I filed a complaint with the BBB that like all complains, went unresolved (what does the bbb actually do? nothing from what I've seen so far) [ID ********]. The complaint is currently still open, but I say unresolved because I've received an email now from Microsoft stating "Were sorry to see you go. Your data and services were deleted on June 6, 2024". Which is the **** thing I was trying to get support for in the first place.Now you know the story, my review is this. Microsoft is the worst at support. There is no way to get customer support from them. There is no way to get warranty support for their physical products. There is no way to get a hold of a person there on the phone. Any support from them comes in the form of a circular argument that resolves nothing.They say they have all of these things. They do not, and if they do, they've hidden them in a way that anyone looking for them just won't find them, which is the same thing as not having them.All in All, ************ really *****.

      I can't receive clear videos to my android phone from iphones .They say Microsoft [iphone] purposely ,disorientate the video if you are not using an i phone don't ,iphone devices. It's not right ,I pay my phone company good money for services to stay connected with my love one and take care of business..through my services..I want file a complaint?

      I purchased Microsoft365 for about $156.00 Due to the unethical practice of not validating the new email used to create the account for purchase, i wasn't able to install/download it as i didnt want to connect my other emails with MS new account.Now, when i want to return the product (disputed the cc charges and MS won) but the company claims i have used the product as it was instantly provided to me. Seems like a bunch of very "smart & dedicated" people working over there..(sarcasm intended)QUESTION for *************************: HOW does one RETURN a Microsoft product??Needing Ethical evaluation: It seems the mode of "product delivery" makes returns/refunds impossible as this mode of delivery is used as an excuse to establish that product has been "consumed" instantly thus cannot be returned.This is a very UNETHICAL & borderline criminal business practice and the company must be forced to comply with standard rules of returns & refunds.

      Worst customer service ever!!!! I'm using my partners computer to make a complaint. My computer was working fine this morning and tonight I came home and received a message that Outlook has to restart my computer. Asked for my pw and email. Had the username, but after 7/8 years I didn't remember my PW because I don't use the email, ever. First guy I spoke with gave me a number for Outlook and told me I had to call them...auto service that did not answer the questions I needed. Called back to support desk listed on their website, and asked asked "A live person" if he could help me with my account. He said no and immediately and hung up. Called back again and the just disconnected my call without even answering. Will never, ever buy this product again.

      I've been trying to get into my 365 subscription for several weeks and now just want to cancel. When you try to cancel it redirects you to an interface that wants you to login, and after answering a captcha they say they will call in 2 minutes. The first time I waited 20 minutes, talked with an initial person for 4.5 minutes, they sent me to ****** in Professional Support, who after 8 minutes said he couldn't help me. He then passed me to another group called the data protection team. After 14 minutes on hold I finally got someone with a heavy Indian accent on a bad connection, I couldn't even get his name. He ended up hanging up on me, 28 minutes total wasted. Called again for the call back, they called in 9 minutes this time but the keys wouldn't accept my entry of "1", so it ended up hangin up on me. Tried again for a call back and it said I exceeded the call back limit, wait until tomorrow. This was just today's episode, I had a similar experience a few weeks ago without any resolution of my issue. My recommendation is to use something else, I started using Microsoft in 1986 but they are not even close to the company they were back then, and even then they weren't that great. I'm still trying to cancel my subscription, not looking forward to tomorrow's wasted time for this. I only wish they had a zero star rating.

      They blocked my Hotmail account of 20 yrs and I have filled out forms to reset password 10 times and they will not open my account. I have very important documents and have given them all the information they need.
