Their chatbot is like a facist or communist dictator in regards to oppressive communication style with its users. Signes reasonably honourably yours truly and sincerest. Djk:;$7

Wish I could give no stars. Microsoft needs a law suit, for they have gotten too big and think they can do what ever they want. I created a new hotmail account and got 15 GB of storage. I am using .1 mb and they are telling me I need to purchase Microsoft 365. I don't want anymore of your bad products. You don't even have a link to file customer complaints. So maybe a law suit in small claims will get your attention. Because I know you will not pay so therefore I can repossess your office. I dont want your one drive storage and I dont want your 365. I just want to keep using my email that I have for the 30 years.

People should get together and file a class action lawsuit against this fraudulent company. They charged me for a purchase I did not make and then refuse to give a refund.

Purchased a refurbished Xbox Series X from Microsoft Xbox store. It stopped working 30 days later. Sent in for repair and was returned several weeks later inoperable despite the enclosed quality check. Called Xbox Support multiple times and get the same scripted response. They clearly are not listening to or understanding what is being asked. Finally shipped it back and called to follow up. They offered to setup another repair when the item is sitting at their repair site. We get scripted generic emails asking us to respond with feedback. We might get a response a week later but still the same generic email that tells us nothing. On top of that customer support transferred the console out of my account to my daughters and I cant get it back where it belongs. This is totally unacceptable. We have a defective unit where the time is ticking on the warranty but we cant get an operable unit.

Their website declares it issues a refund for products if the said product meets the following criteria; - Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date - Requests are for games in which you havent accumulated a significant amount of playtime. They gave me two separate responses regarding the denial of my refund. The first response was; - "Our refund policy doesn't allow refunds for digital game products that have been played or consumed."That response conflicts with their refund policy stated on the website. So I showed them that and once again, they denied my refund and stated a NEW reason why they weren't going to refund my money; - "We have performed an additional review on the account and found it's not eligible for a refund under the Microsoft Terms of Sale."On looking into Microsoft's "Terms of Sale" it states; "Some items are not eligible for return; unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular product offer, all purchases of these types of products are final and non-refundable: - digital apps, games, in-app content and subscriptions, music, movies, TV shows, and associated content"So once again, their website is either not up-to-date regarding their terms of sale, or they're purposely not making the website's return policy reflect what the terms of sale state. Therefore falsely advertising their refund policy which screws their customer's over on any digital sales.I personally will not be making any future purchases with Microsoft after this experience. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I purchased Microsoft 365 and was unable to download it for unknown reasons. I decided I didnt need it and made sure I canceled within the 30 day free trail period. Apparently I didnt get it canceled and only shut off the reoccurring purchase, which I didnt know until I checked a purchase my children made several months later. Efforts to contact them have been met with refusal to give a refund and instead told to contact my bank to dispute the transaction. My bank told me that they cant help and I need to demand a refund with Microsoft. I had to lie about what I needed in order for them to contact me and I told them I wanted help to install, so I could talk yo a customer service representative. I got the same story to contact my bank to dispute it along with the service number. Microsoft can see I never downloaded the product and also canceled reoccurring purchases, yet they continue to tell be they cant refund my $150 for a product I never used. I would think with all the money they scam people out of, which has happened to me before with PowerPoint, they could offer refunds for products they can prove were not downloaded. Im done with any Microsoft product.

The company did an update April 4, 2023 to Outlook. It asked me to sign in. I have tried numerous times to sign in and filled out the form several times and again just before submitting this and they keep saying their automated system cannot verify me. I've had my email address for years. I have never had these issues before when they have updated. The customer support is very horrible now that everything is automated. You can only talk to a representative if you are a student or business. I am at my **** end. I don't know what else to do. At this point I just want access to my emails to move the documents to another account.

Without notice or warning, Microsoft reduced the storage size of Outlook and their OneDrive share site. I was cut off from receiving e-mails. After eliminating all my OneDrive files and all of my attachments to e-mails and archiving older mail, I am still 105% over their measly 5 GB limit (as stated on OneDrive), However, my Outlook mailbox settings indicates **** GB free of **** GB (is that my size limit?) but when someone attempts to send me a message they receive: The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly. I am Secretary of a group so losing my e-mail is a required tool. When I attempt to call Microsoft Service they say to use their website and they will respond by e-mail of course that isnt working. I bought Office for small business and didnt get their yearly subscription for Microsoft 365. They seem to want to sell me a subscription service for cloud space.

They're Thieves and Crooks I spent about $250.00 through a videogame I purchased via the game I'd play on my Xbox. I did not get my money, or my product. Once again, the bank has to settle things. These people simply do not care. It's a large enough company to where a few people are complaining. I filed a report to the ************************* Now you are reading this same story here. Sad. Keep in mind too that their policy is you get your product within 24hrs of ordering with them. What a joke. This is my first time dealing with this kind of thing with them, and I have been playing on Xbox's for roughly a decade or more off and on. It hurts to be honest. I don't even want to touch another game or gaming system, or what have you. Anymore Ive become rather paranoid of such a thing. Ive been gaming since the Magnavox Odyssey. Games are a big part of my life. Now I have to let them go because Microsoft and or Ubisoft just took the money I gave them and then took off with it.

As with many other modern "American" tech giants; They cannot be reached by phone or email when issues arise. I placed an order for my company 3-8-2023 for $129.99, it is now 3-28-2023, and I've received 7 emails now, saying they have taken payment. My billing department has noted being charged to our account all 7 times, and been taken back out all 7 times. I call their provided support number, and to be told by their god awful automated assistant, that "support has moved to online". Online support re-directs to call the number I had already called. I was finally able to get a living, breathing human-being on the phone by calling the wrong department. They were able to help, however they informed me that the order was on "backorder", and won't ship out until late April. Funny you can still go to their store page and order the product, and there is no indication or notification saying it's not in-stock. There was also no email sent telling me about such issue, nor issue on my account page. Microsoft, ******* Meta are all companies that should be heavily scrutinized by our government for terrible business practices. With the amount of revenue these tech giants have, you would think customer service would be of utmost concern, But since they basically rule the world of which we live, they get to pull all the strings with zero repercussions. 0-5 stars do not recommend,
