  This company continues to use door-to-door high pressure sales people depsite numerous complaints on any number of sites. When you reach out to the company, they state that they will take care of it but the pushy scooter patrol continues to harass home owners depsite having no solicitation signs. They clearly do not care and I will continue to notify the city in hopes that this company receives the fines it so richly deserves. They are aware of the issues and yet they choose to do absolutely nothing about them.

  This is a company to avoid at all costs. They took complete advantage of my elderly father. They came to do a treatment the same day they spoke to him. After emailing them the next day to cancel service, it was ignored. They came back a week or so later to do a treatment, but we stopped the guy and told him we canceled via email he told us we would be better off calling them. So we called.The person we spoke to was impossible to talk to and told us we had to pay $199 to cancel, telling us to look at the contract. We told him we never received a contract. He proceeds to email a contract with tons of digital signatures on it, even different from each other, none of which are my dads signature!! He doesnt remember committing to anything or signing any documents.They basically wouldnt listen to us and ended the call. They keep sending us notices that they have scheduled an appointment to come out, but we never agreed to any appointment!!Last I checked, it is AGAINST THE *** to forge signatures, Aptiv!! Ready to go to court?

  Terrible scheduling. They change my appointments with only one days notice then tell me its too late to reschedule. I was charged full price for outdoor treatment only because I couldn't be home during their random rescheduling for 4 out of 6 treatments. I sent Multiple messages to my route manager with no response. Bad business model. Only giving 1 star because I cant give zero. ??

  The next month after the end of our one year contract, we started seeing ants again. Scheduling them for inside appointments was completely inflexible. At the end of the day, $129 every month for 12 months, I do not recommend.

  BEWARE Shameful Business Practice!A ***resentative from this company came to my home and became visibly upset simply because I refused to open the door and chose to speak through the doorbell. I politely declined their overpriced service, and instead of leaving respectfully, the *** stood on my porch wiping his dirty shoes on my doormat while continuing to speak through the *********** this how you attract customers? This kind of behavior is unprofessional, disrespectful, and downright shameful. Businesses that condone this kind of conduct should be held accountable. I strongly urge others to think twice before engaging with a company that allows its ***s to behave this way.

  I cannot in good faith recommend a company that harasses people with no trespassing and no soliciting signs. Those who have them have them for a reason. Please learn to respect peoples properties. For those interested in services I recommend you look into the Aptive controversy before giving away your personal information or signing any contracts.

  Sales people solicit in private neighborhoods with a posted no soliciting signs. Do not have the proper permits. Refuse to leave when asked and often still solicit at 9 pm. They are confrontational and pushy. They were dropped off by their boss and left with no way to leave for hours. Very bad business practices.

  I had 3 sales people come to my house in less than 12 hours trying to sell me their product, i said no and was nice the first time, second time (one hour later) my daughter told them no and then the next day 11 hours later the same guy came over and did the same thing. I pointed at my NO SOLICITING sign and slammed the door!!! They said oh we are doing work at your neighbors. Whatever.

  There salesmen come by several times a year on Segway scooters doing door to door sales. They ignore no soliciting signs and they don't leave when you tell them you aren't interested. Had one come by today, giving the same lie of a script as last time. They usually say your neighbors hired their company, and if you don't sign up, all those pests will come to your house. Had to tell at him to get off my porch and slam the door to make him leave.

  Absolutely horrible! Salesman solicited their services touting spider web removal from our screened pool area as well as mosquito treatments. First service was great and thorough. Unfortunately, that was it. I have had to call them back several times for spiderweb removal, after the third time I gave up and have been doing it myself. I am not sure what kind of mosquito treatment they are using, but it is definitely ineffective. I have had mosquitos in my home for the past two months! I cannot wait until next month when my contract expires. They are the worst!!!
