      They lied about the costs we were paying and have been trying to charge us more. They send us 2 different bills from 2 different places, with different costs each time. Weve been trying every way to get out of this contract otherwise threatening to put a lean on our house. Dont trust these guys, don't even open the door for these guys they are fraud. We were lucky to get out of their lieing promises of solar, because we realized that was a scam, they were trying to give us a small battery for solar that our household wouldnt even benefit from, because we are a big family that uses way more energy and would have been paying more than what we would have to. Our main salesman was ** *****, they are horrible people taking advantage of people and doing fraud to people, do not trust.

      Spoke with the vivint *** and they upgraded us as we were about to cancel as the alarm panel would not work. The *** confirmed the inspection for this week. 2 days prior to the appointment a vivint *** called and stated they would have to cancel the appoint and the first available would be 3 weeks. This is unacceptable for over 3 weeks with out an alarm system.

      they do everything they can to keep you in their contracts. won't let you cancel and return the equipment. won't take a simple request to cancel over the phone. and when you send in a written document as they demand you do, they still bill you for the services. I've noticed there are law suites against Vivint for this very thing. Very poor business practices. Also they show you how their cameras are 4k but when you try to get that quality of video, they system won't produce it. even with multiple repeaters for the wifi system and a 1gig wifi system in the home. had several problems with the equipment which is over priced and you're locked into a loan for everything. I've had much better experience with Ring. I have returned to that company and equipment and am much happier. Stay away from Vivint.

      Worst choice I ever made was switching to Vivint.Sales team will lie to you about deals and then customer service just gives you the run around. As soon as our devices are paid off we will be returning to ADT. Come on taxes so some can say ??? !!It made me leave a star or else it would be no stars.

      I was a loyal security customer for ********************** for three years after paying off my equipment and moving out of my place. I no longer needed the service. I attempted to cancel over the next year. They continued to charge my card over the next year continuing to try to sell me more equipment to try to get me in a contract. I was no longer in a contract as I had paid off my equipment and I just wanted to cancel. They made it nearly impossible after a year of phone calls on hold talking to different people following there cancellation policy with Overburdensome emails .They finally stopped charging my account when I changed my card through my bank. Im still not sure its canceled. They just dont have access to charge me.

      This company does not represent what they promote. First of i had to have to technicians come out because of a bad installation and customer service wanted me to trouble shoot and fix myself. They don't want to show support by sending a technician out, but they will try to charge even if it's their fault. Second, I recently found out a motion sensor never worked since installation putting my family at risk. Wanted to only credit me 45 dollars only for a broken sensor only. Also, the my have no control over technicians my be sub contractors. I never would have joined this company if it was going to be this much of a headache. I'm taking my system down and converting to ADP. I strongly suggest don't sign up to the alleged home security system.

      Purchased system *** had installed in November. System is constantly having issues and needs rebooted nearly every day just in order to be armed. Spent more than $5000 dollars on a system that causes more stress than not having a security system. If you call support team they want you to walk through tje same thing of removing batteries from licks and rebooting the system each time. Would never recommend this system to anyone.

      DO NOT USE!!! I have been trying to cancel for a couple months now. I own nothing for my equipment. Now where I am located, they do not service my area. I cannot use anything. They are useless. I have spent hours on the phone on hold then hanging up on me.

      Worst customer service ever. Youre talking about the security of your home. My doorbell camera stop working. Vivint tried to charge me for coming out to look at it. They forced me to purchase the protection plan. After the tech came out he half fixed the job. A few months later it is not working again. I contacted technical support they want to take you through all these troubleshooting steps that I already went through from the app and the troubleshooting steps listed on their app. While they have you performing the troubleshooting steps they disconnect the chat. When you get back in touch with them they try and start the process all over again. I told the support person to read the previous transcripts. Even then they still can back and wanted to repeat some of the same steps. After I wasted my time going over a number of the same steps they disconnected the chat on me as well. Im sick of the nonsense this is the worst customer service I ever had. Even worst the customer service representative had the nerve to tell me that the camera they sold me is *** 1 and they are on *** 2 and that they can offer me a 20% discount to purchase it. Why would I purchase another camera when the one you sold me is not working. I want the camera I paid for to work. Simple as that our you cover the cost to get one that works.

      Salesman told me I had 30 days to cancel which he lied I wasn't able to cancel . He made me sign documents without letting me read he was at my home at 9pm . So maybe he wanted to go home . Was pressuring me dad for me to sign with them my dad english is not good . Had installer go to my home at 10 pm to install of not they would charge and they didnt even install everything on my contract they lied . Now im stuck with them they dont even help customers out . He didnt offer translated contract for us to understand
