Just as all the complaints below, they've bought their way unto forcing tenants into making a contract within a lease of whichever complex/condo they reside at, Smartaria has had history of having doggy water servers which either get compromised by attackers/is owned by authorities/Client bandwidth scam/Or just straight up garbage servers which they've been unable to sustain the amount of customers on their end.Which I genuinely doubt considering an entire condo of nearly 20 thousand residents are forced to use their service (TAKING $65 FROM THE RENT!) yes, $65 monthly, *********** public WiFi most likely has better privacy and internet speed.And I've read a couple complaints about how they claim it's client-sided, don't believe that BS! This internet provider gets accounts with large multifamily rental communities and gives the worst internet quality and take no accountability in fixing issues. I've been on the phone with them multiple times a week experiencing outages and very poor quality internet and they do nothing. The rental communities have direct accounts with these providers and they kick the customer service responsibilities between each other, leaving paying tenants and customers helpless. If only I could rate negative 5 stars I would. Just like a monopoly we have no other choice yet pay them for their poor service.Review fromJohn C

Forced to used this is where I live. The internet works on some devices but not on others and sometimes never works. I have to unplug, reset, and restart my routers 10 times a day. I've called probably 50 times but the problems just keep persisting. It's horrible being forced to use these substandard internet providers.Review fromSandy M

lack of good communication. I work at a leasing office for one of the properties this WiFi is at and we will inform them WEEKLY of NUMEROUS properties that have no working WiFi and they do not even inform us when theyre coming to fix it, theyll just show up out of the blue weeks later, and not even hit all the houses. If I could rate this service lower than 1 star, I would. This has been by far the most dreadful experience I've ever encountered with a wifi provider. As a current graduate student specializing in counseling and conducting safety-sensitive psychological assessments part-time, I heavily rely on a stable internet connection to create a quiet and confidential workspace at home. However, this company's service has been nothing short of horrible. I find myself resorting to my cellular hotspot more often than not just to maintain communication with my clients. It's incredibly disheartening when I'm in the middle of a critical conversation, suggesting hotlines to a client, only to be abruptly disconnected due to the unreliable wifi. Even my college housing neighborhood shares in my frustration, with potential residents opting out of moving here due to the poor service provided by this wifi company. I have always considered myself as a patient person until I started using SMARTAIRA.Smartaira

Forced to use at my apartment location and there are random outages. My internet ping varies from 30 to **** often especially around the hours of 11am-2pm and 6pm-8pm. It makes streaming movies, zoom calls, and playing video games impossible. I have been in contact with their support for almost two weeks and my roommate has had a ticket with them for longer. They just asked us to continually do useless tests (I say this as a cybersecurity student and already having a 2 year computer science degree) with no resolution in sight. The problem was occurring on systems that have a direct wired connection and they were asking me for wireless tests? Additionally, they just kept asking me to do ping tests and traceroute tests which I see the validity in, but more or less for this issue seems too simple of a test and won't yield the information they need to fix the issue. They refuse to describe what they are doing to fix the issue without a direct legal order for some reason.Smartaira

We recognize the significance of promptly and effectively addressing Jacks concerns. **** reached out for assistance starting on January 31, ****, during after-hours, and Goalline managed to document the issue. Subsequently, Tier 2 swiftly intervened to address the intermittent connection problem. Forced internet provider at apartment location, service has been awful from day one, connection is spotty and I have had to call nearly every month to keep renewing a NAT type service I pay for. Additionally, they recently completely deleted my account and were supposed to contact me about the issue, it is now the week or second week after this has happened and the third day since they were supposed to be in contact with me, and I am having to reach out to themSmartaira

************** called in for some support on December 5, 2023. There was an issue with the billing regards a NAT type that was purchased. Upon addressing this issue, it was uncovered that some of her connection issues were related to having two accounts open within the residence to support 2 BiNATs. Our team was able to consolidate her account into one and provided the option to utilize two BiNATs on one account at a cost of $20. We heard from ************** and her roommate ****** on 2/14/2024 regarding adding a third BiNAT but they ultimately opted into reassigning their BiNATs as needed.
