"Just as all the complaints below, they've bought their way unto forcing tenants into making a contract within a lease of whichever complex/condo they reside at, Smartaria has had history of having doggy water servers which either get compromised by attackers/is owned by authorities/Client bandwidth scam/Or just straight up garbage servers which they've been unable to sustain the amount of customers on their end.Which I genuinely doubt considering an entire condo of nearly 20 thousand residents are forced to use their service (TAKING $65 FROM THE RENT!" ... "This internet provider gets accounts with large multifamily rental communities and gives the worst internet quality and take no accountability in fixing issues.
