  Terrible management group rent was raised twice since they took over playground ***** ,pool rarely open no street lights no security they have the highest lot rent in ***************..I was evicted for unknown reason then they towed our moving truck because it was parked in the yard as we was moving ..

  Terrible management. Only one single maintenence man, My air broke, was told it was fixed. However, it would have not been fixed. Instead ignored now I have Black Mold and my children's bedroom period There have been issues since the day I moved in that Have also Been ignored. Unhealthy living Environment and no one seems to care about that. My next step is The health department. And if nothing else I will have to take this to civil court. And I will be moving. Immediately!

  I have lived in here for over 30 years now. I have two sons that live in here also. My one son just passed away 4 months ago. What brain cancer. And this place could not even call and give a condolence to anyone. But that's not what I'm complaining about I have another son that lives in here and I went and got his money order the same day I got mine. Well he is raising three children by his self. I took my money order up and paid mine. He was at work at the time. So on the that he went up to drop it in the Dropbox and it was taped up with metal and he couldn't get it in. So I took it up there the next day and they're charging him a $75 fee for being late. And the money order has the date on it so it was not late. You guys need to investigate this place everybody is being scammed! I am disabled and live alone and we need Security in here they broke the light off in my yard and kids running around here at midnight. And nobody will let anybody talk to the owner or give ** his number they just want you to talk to the people in the office and they are all worthless! I am going to put my home up for sale even though I've lived here this long. The people in the office do not respect you. And they could care less because they don't live in here. We got cats running all through here, big potholes in the roads, people's yard and porches are all piled up and look like trash well I don't live in a trashy area I even go out and pick up the trash in the field when it's not my responsibility and I'm 67 years old. I have two trees that were splitting too and ask them to get them removed and they are still there. The meter on the side of the house when we had the storm fell over on my trailer I had to get AEP to come out and put in a new meter because these people wouldn't do anything. So if you're looking for a place to live don't move in here.

  I understand how businesses work, but ever since they took over from the previous owners its been rough for so many of ** people on a budget. In the last year, they have raised rent, upped the late fee to $75 and now installed water meters so were praying for water. Its been shut off several times, weve had a handful of boil notices for days and they went with the cheapest company they could find. They forgot to turn peoples water on or would just show up and turn it off randomly. They added water to our rent without any notice and it all has to be paid together. No partial payments excepted. Also now serving eviction notices 6 days after rent was due. Its really hard for some of ** and leaving ** worried we will be run out of the park and nowhere to go. Completely immoral company.

  I am into my fourth year living in the trailer park that is now owned by Havenpark. This was the worst mistake ever. I wish I would have never stepped foot in here. After Havenpark purchased our park it has been a nightmare. Prices are raised on rent; not allowed to have anything outside on property including fences, sheds, pools, outside play toys, trampolines, bball hoops, swing sets. I have been singled out since I moved in because the property manager does not treat everyone the same. They live in the park including her daughter and those people get away with anything but yet a lot of people have been scrutinized. The manager hired a known felon and thief to dismantle old trailers and haul scrap. I made complaints regarding this gentleman over and over to the manager and nothing was done. The person did not have a license or insurance for his company. I am now in fear of my life including my children as my home as been egged several times. I have had to install cameras for our safety. They can not keep any help to plow snow correctly. My home is now sinking because my lot floods every year. Snow plow driver pushes all snow in front of and along side my home even though there are 6 empty lots around me. Not to mention they will not allow my soon to be husband on my lease because he has a felon from 16 years ago. However there are several *** offenders and felons that live here. I have a brand new trailer put on lot 4 years ago. we keep to ourselves because there is nothing for us to do here. We cant even sit outside during the summer without being harassed by the neighbors. Manager says call the police, we call them and nothing is done. I would not recommend moving into a property owned by this company. We have talked to the owner and she was no help at all.

  DO NOT RENT FROM ANY OF THESE COMMUNITIES *************** is a horrible community the manager is incompetent and the corporate office isn't any better. The rent is getting ridiculous it went up $50 this time and the water outages are just inhumane we have currently been without water for 2 days this time but they shut it of for "emergencies" at least once a week. This has been going on for years now. They are only interested in the bottom line and don't care at all about the residents that spend hard earned money on rent. It's just an awful company ran by Awful people.

  The manager at *********** Mobile ********* @ ********************************************************** will NOT give any contact information to the residents for corporate. Multiple residents are in fear for they're lives.

  Whatever you do, do not move to ANY of their parks. They are HORRIBLE. Take all your money and try evicting you even when you pay rent in time for ***** reasons. And have peoples cars towed without their knowledge.
