    Unjustified rent increases with nothing to add to the community. We have no clubhouse in *****************. We have 1 small play structure and no swings. No amenities are offered and the rent continues to go up. They are crooks. Contact MHACTION to fight the increases in *******!

    They bought our mobile home park 2 x years ago ,have done nothing to keep up park nor improvements ,we are 160 units ,they cut manager in park from live in to part time by appointment,they have no security no maintance man ,,they make us pay 100 per cent of cost to rent a small piece of sand most living on social security , cost them nothin ,for 700 dollars a month,no pool, ,they increased rent 15 per cent in 2023,and 15 percent in 2014 and advised us of a 15 per cent increase in 2015 45 per cent in years ,they've made no improvements ,their goal , is buy park ,increase rents yearly ,run park in ground make renters pay all expenses, ,and make lots of money Their all about money and greed,sure it's the same in other locations they own Do not consider dealing with these greedy people

    Live in lake orion and we can't even drink our water here we have to buy water. The rent is now over 700. A month and for what? No pool or club house guns being fired cops in here every other day for kids or adults stealing. A pond that is so gross that you don't want to be around it and can never get anyone at the office. They put all new home in here but no one can pay the high prices so find people being kicked out almost every other day. People with fixed income can not even live here any more. Think of the older people that live here. They need to be reeled in some how I mean you need water to live let's get real

    They are now moving into ******* because we have no caps on what can be charged for monthly rent. So of course they bought the park I am living in. They don't make any improvements and manager never calls you back if you have a problem. Also they notified us that if we sell our homes the buyer will not pay what we are paying for lot rent...they will pay well over $1080.00 a month....we have no pool or amenities. Realtors won't even list our homes said it's a waste of time because nobody in their right mind would buy in the park.Is this even legal?

    They are scammers im going to the local news to expose how this company is scamming people out of their money its terrible nice place to live horrible people running it. time to shed more light on these scammers

    This company is horrible! They are constantly raising the lot rent. Im almost paying triple my mortgage just in lot rent. Our Park refuses to buy Our Home back. Our water is turned off twice a month. And they do nothing about it. Doesnt matter that youve been on time and if youre late one time and ask for the late fee to be waived, they say corporate says no and then corporate tells us its up to the parks manager discretion. I was speaking with an ***** for a while and she now no longer returned. Any phone calls or emails about issues with the subdivision. I would have never bought if I knew my lot rent would be so high. I found out **** and fee is for them to get supplies to conduct business. That should not be on the resident to be paying its not our job to pay for pens and paper or any office supplies.

    Only because I have to give at least 1 star. This company doesn't care about tenants or people. They do anything they can to get squeeze an extra dollar out of ** for nothing. No concern for tenants, claims of nice grounds are false, don't hold tenants accountable for clean lots and maintenance to homes and city laws of cleaning up after dogs. Company blames local government and courts for slow or no action to evict bad tenants. No help, no caring, no living by quality standards and no one in the office frequently. Allows trees to grow where they shouldn't and takes no responsibility for cutting down trees that threaten homeowners on the perimeter of the property. So many things wrong with this company and their practices. Rent and fees increase for no reason and nothing in return. When I moved in several years ago it was under previous management who were wonderful and did not ****** price the lot rent and fees and my house was the only house for sale. Two years later there are over 2 dozen houses for sale and others empty and several empty lots because the homeowner simply moved them out so as not to pay lot rent on something they're not living in. Such a shame.

    Havenpark are just pigs at the trough preying on the less fortunate. DO NOT even think about moving into one of their parks. I have discussed them with someone who lived in one of their parks for 25 years before Havenpark bought it. In that time their rent increased an average of about 5% per year. They said their rent has nearly doubled in the past 5 years or so that Havenpark has owned it.Not only that, the person I talked to said that before Havenpark bought it the park maintenance crew mowed all the lawns with their riding mowers all the time and would also do the trim unless asked not to by the resident. Havenpark only mows the lawns of the common areas and spaces not occupied. Additionally, the maintenance crew used to plow the snow from all the streets and driveways if vehicles were absent or moved out of the way. And they cleared the snow from the sidewalks. Havenpark only plows the streets and the driveways of the spaces not occupied. The old maintenance crew also used to spray driveways and sidewalks to stop weed growth. No more.An HOA might be able to prevent some of the predation--if Havenpark even allowed an HOA to exist, which they probably wouldn't. An alternative might be to hire some lawyers to seize and divide up their assets and put them out of business.

    Ever since HavenPark took over, we've had nothing but fees and rent increased. I have had no heat/gas because I simply can not afford it with rent continuing to increase. This means I use portable heaters to heat my place during the cold months. When I inquired about the last rent increase, I was *********** was because of grounds maintenance and many homes are being demolished while new ones are being brought in to improve the park. Ok, but why are the residents paying for the demo and incoming homes?!? That should be in their budget, not paid by those who already live here!

    My name is *****. I am a 60 three-year-old female on Social security, my grandson is also pending, Social security. I am getting repaired to buy purchase a $30000 mobile home on the property of country side village here in *********** *******, this is my story. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get into this residence. I have the money's to do so I have filled out applications. I have done everything they have said. I have even got cosiners. I haven't got postscans with extra income. They have a problem serving people with so security.I have 2 emotional support animals. I do not know who is running that front desk and this office, but it's not good.
