Very poor followup. They push me around when i asked them not to come for service after they jacked the price without notifying me. Yup! Just generously took what they wanted out of my checking account with no prior warning or authorization. So i asked they NOT come out. So instead, they rescheduled the appointment without my knowledge, came to my house (trespassing) without my knowledge or authorization then stole money out if my checking account. As i called them to follow up as to why they push people around, why would i reschedule something when i was obviously unhappy with their unannounced rates. Crazy! I called a week ago , was told they were going to pull the tape and call me back later still waiting. Bank is already on alert too.Fox Pest Control HQ

Their office staff is incompetent. We have requested to cancel service for months and they continue to send technicians and bill for services that have been cancelled. They are unprofessional and continue to harass us for services that are not wanted.Fox Pest Control HQ

I have been very satisfied with Fox Pest Control. My technician ***** is professional and communicates with me before the process start to see if I need anything specific done what and let me know what she will be doing. I always see dead bugs and pest everywhere after they finish which lets me know that the product and system they use work. Love this company.Fox Pest Control HQ

Services werent ever rendered after my initial fee. I emailed them about canceling my subscription because I was lied to by **** who was a door to door salesman. He said I could be paying for $65 per month and to my surprise I wait an entire month and nothing after. I canceled my subscription via email and theyre still charging me. Made me sign a contract without intentionally knowing I was paying a subscription system. Regardless no one helped me. My bug problem didnt go away so I documented video of my house being swarmed by insects (thousands). They told me to leave a message, and I did. Havent gotten back to me but apparently they sign people to contracts and dont provide services. Advertising is wrong, and their commitment is non exisitant. It wasnt until after I back charged my $65 via my bank that they it caught their attention and they sent someone else out the very next day. I told him (very nice guy) that the original salesperson lied to me to sign into something that never works. I have had it up to here with their support. They have a recording video of people claiming to be at my home when I work from home. No one ever rings my bell, my dog barks whenever someone is here. With that said, they are attempting to charge me a fee to exit my contract when in fact its illegal for a company to offer a contract and then never deliver. I pay $65 per month for literally nothing. $2 per day for a company that lied, and never resolved the problem they claim to fix. So wrong I just dont know what to do. Definitely lied to me. They had me write my stuff on a tablet which honestly scares me because I dont think they are putting their customers first. Worst pest control company I ever had. Fox Pest Control has such laughably, unbelievably bad customer service that it's too much to be specific because no one would read the novel I would have to write to include every ridiculous mistake they made. Instead, I figured I would just make a list of things you can and cannot expect Fox Pest Control to do:-Don't expect to call them with a request for a service and then get that service as discussed. They will often show up unprepared and clueless.-Don't expect them to come the time and day you agreed upon. They will just not show up or schedule appointments different days than you discussed. Basically, clear your whole day and hope for the best.-Expect incompetence when you call. Whoever you are talking to doesn't even understand the services they are telling you about which is likely the core of their communication issues. Even the technicians will tell you they are clueless and that says a lot. I was told they live in **** and don't know what they're talking about from one of the men that serviced my house.-Don't expect that you will ever be able to talk to anyone other than said incompetent phone answerers. They'll be the only ones you will ever get on the phone, regardless of who you ask for.-Expect to be hung up on.-DON'T EXPECT THEM TO GET RID OF YOUR PESTS. I put this in caps because, at the end of the day, if they had at least done this, I wouldn't even be writing a review. After using their services for months, they have managed to kill zero mice. If anything, they just made sure there were snacks for them in the attic.Ultimately, this is a case of brazen incompetence. They are unable to perform their jobs at the most basic levels, yet they are so confident in their delusions of success that "customer service" is unapologetic and rude. I never take the time to write a review, but I've also never seen a company that was so bad. My Fox Pest Control service technician has always display professionalism. Additionally, every employee I have spoken with has also been professional. I have never been mislead on cost, time frame of pest expulsion, or appointment times. Many times I have had to change appointments and *** is always accommodating. I have lived in the 757 area code for forty-seven years and understand the challenge of keeping a pest free home. The cost of $105 quarterly with unlimited visits and a professional staff is a bargain! I have and will continue to refer family and friends to consider Fox Pest Control to eliminate their pesty bugs.Fox Pest Control HQ
