      IFIT and Nordictrack have been a very positive experience for us - we have a bike, treadmill and rower - never any issues with connection (on 2.4ghz as instructed by the machine instructions). Treadmill had to have an adjustment done but contacting IFIT on ******** messenger worked well and it was fixed by a technician in reasonable time. We purchased all three through Best Buy and got delivery in 2-3 days each time. Love the software and hardware.

      I have purchased four machines from Nordictrack/Proform, and use iFit with all four machines. My delivery and setup was timely and seamless with each purchase. The very minor mechanical issues I had with one machine were easily solved and customer service was friendly, responsive, and helpful. I'm very happy with my purchases and in fact just purchased a 5th machine, and have my eye on a 6th. Great company and great platform for a quality, immersive fitness experience!

      We own 4 NT devices, x32I, s22I, RW900, and CST Fusion Pro. All machines are amazing in their functionality and the iFit platform is amazing. have we had machine issues? Sure. But NT has addressed every issue promptly and effectively. Given the supply chain issues due to COVID, they did great. from the machines, to the trainers, to the community, Nordic track and IFit are the best!

      Purchased a new S27i bike and when it was delivered it had extensive damage to the outside of the box. We called NordicTrack immediately and were told to open it and check for physical damage. Most all of the styrofoam packaging was crushed inside but we couldnt see anything obvious for damage. After installing the seat, handlebars and monitor, we loaded the ifit program and tried to use it. The incline/decline motor began popping and sticking throughout both functions. We called NordicTrack to inform them that there was obvious damage from the impact the box received during shipping. The nightmare began. After 3 days and an average of 3 hours each day they sent us back and forth to at least 4 departments. They informed us they wouldnt replace the bike and we would have to pay $250.00 to return it. What a scam theyve got going on. We spent over $3000.00 for a damaged bike that NordicTrack so far refuses to replace. We took lots of photos and videos as we unpacked the equipment showing the box had been dropped or crushed with extreme force. All we want is for them to replace the damaged bike like any reputable company would do. They say they want more videos to access the damage, so they can send parts for me to replace. From other reviews it sounds like this is a trial and error process that takes weeks if not months to accomplish. Why not do the right thing and replace the damaged merchandise. Even the delivery company said they took pictures of the damaged box before they delivered it. I strongly urge anyone looking at NordicTrack/iFit to beware of the horrible customer service and warranty policies. This company needs to be held accountable!Des ******

      Horrible customer service. I had an existing membership and they billed me another year ($400) and basically refuse to give it back. When you contact them, they do not get back to you, and when you call you to get transferred and don't speak to anyone for 30 minutes. When I finally got ahold of someone, they mentioned they do see that I paid out till 2023 and basically reused to refund me for the additional year. They spam you with emails throughout the year so you learn to ignore them and kind of mention you'll be billed again even if you have an existing membership. They are very rude on the phone and basically refuse to help you. They do not offer a reference number so they can claim you never called if you dispute a charge.

      I recieved a tredmill was very happy with delivery and overall quality of machine. My daughter went for a walk on tredmill the machine in error turned up the speed my daughter suffered injuries to arm and both knees- needing medical treatment. I have been attempting to contact someone since over a month- I keep getting bounced around from phone number to number. Unsuccessful on chat and email. I need to report this and inform of faulty machine. This machine is NOT SAFE. I have been unable to resolve any issue my daughter wont even go in my basement anymore- she is terrified of machine. Still awaiting resolution and still nothing. Buyers beware- faulty machines and poor customer service. My first communication with company was 6/4 and it is now 7/10!

      I ordered a treadmill and did not receive it. I called iFit (Nordictrack) before and was promised someone would contact me and that never happened. I called today to cancel my order, I was told that I now have to pay a $200 shipment fee for something that I never received. I was told that I signed a form upon purchase that said I would be charged a fee for returning an order. What's funny is this was not a return becauseI never receivedanything. How can I pay to return freight when I never receivedany freight to return. This was simply a cancellation of mypurchase. It's not the customer's fault that something is not being shipped correctly. Avoid this company if possible. The customer service employee acted like she could care less.

      I was charged for the second year of service. The email sent to me reinitiating the charge went to spam I was not contacted by phone that this charge was due. I have a credit score of 815. Because I was unaware of the payment and did not pay it it was reported to credit bureau. My credit plummeted 98 points. I paid the $500 once I was aware. I will never speak well of this company., I canceled my account with them.

      Worst company EVER! I have bought an excercise equipment in December 2021 and I have not yet been able to use it or install it. They have technicians come to my home several times. The techs cannot fix my equipment either. The issue is they (Ifit) keeps sending parts that do not fit my or the holes to the machine do not align for the screws. I got so many email communication but no one will resolve the issue. All they have to do is take back all the parts that are cluttering my garage. Send me out a new machine in the box so we do not have to make parts try to fit. Actually next month is the 7th month and I have not even used my equipment. Help help my warranty is for 6 months but whats the use of a warranty if my machine is not installed yet and my 6 months is over. Their contracted techs come and just shake their heads every time. Its a shame. *********************** I am still waiting on your call from you and ******.
