      I was charged for a renewal on my Ifit account prior to the free membership expiring. I do not recall enrolling in it, however i defiantly did not renew it. I contacted Ifit and they told me that i would have to deal with ******* as they are responsibly for the charge. However they provided me a confirmation number which makes no sense. I made the attempt to rectify the issue with ******* with no luck. Now i have to pay $396.00 for something that i never renewed and do not use. The funny part is that they charged me for 4 users which is obviously more expensive. 4 people live in my house and the youngest was 6 at the time. I really don't think i would be signing up my 6 year old to have her own Ifit account. Nor would i allow my 6 year old to use a treadmill. This is a flat out scam for them to make more money.

      Just purchased my PROFORM CARBON T7 treadmill. It does not operate as I expected. I am not interested in iFit at all, I only need to use manual settings. Also, I dont need warm up. When I turn on the treadmill, I would like to be able to set the speed and just go without playing with touch screen while the belt is already going. I also dont want to change the incline all the time, I want it fixed at 5%. I asked if there a way to completely disable iFit and operate this machine in manual mode? Can the incline stay fixed if I dont want to change it? Can warmup be disabled?The help desk said no to everything. Apparently, iFit company wants to upsell treadmills to monthly fees for iFit service making the treadmill software and the treadmill itself almost unusable. I recommend staying away from this uncaring and greedy company.

      It is true that an iFIT membership is not required in order to use my treadmill. But the software/firmware/touch screen combination makes it difficult and even dangerous to use my treadmill. There MUST BE an option when I turn on my treadmill to start in MANUAL MODE. But some greedy marketing person in the iFit organization decided that forcing a user to go through several display user screens just to get to the manual mode is a great idea, all just to sell more iFit memberships. And this is truly unconscionable.

      They stole almost $3,000 from me. My product was ordered 6 weeks ago. It was supposedly "delivered" 2 weeks ago, although it wasn't to my house. I contacted them every day asking where my product was delivered to and every time I was told they were looking into it. Finally emailed the billing department and told them to refund my money. They finally confirmed they delivered it to the wrong house and were trying to recover the product and if I wanted a refund, they were going to keep $500 that I already paid for the return. I'm now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back.

      I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING YOU AND THE SHIPPING COMPANY FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS AND I EITHER GET IGNORED OR I GET THE SAME LINE OF "WE ARE LOOKING INTO THIS AND WILL FOLLOW UP WITH YOU." YET NOBODY FOLLOWS UP. WHY SHOULD A CUSTOMER PAY A RETURN FEE WHEN THE **** WAS NEVER DELIVERED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!! I HAVE NOTHING TO RETURN BECAUSE IT WASN'T DELIVERED, THEREFORE THE RETURN FEE SHOULDN'T APPLY AND YOU SHOULD GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN ORDER FROM ONE OF YOUR COMPETITORS INSTEAD!

      Bought a treadmill on January. They sent me a welcome packet with a one year free membership on Ifit. We put the activation code and it displayed on the treadmill screen that we have a membership that expires on 2023. Then they started charging my card monthly and I didnt even realize it until I looked at my transactions. We called them to complain and soon as I did that, the message on my treadmill that says my membership expires in 2023 disappeared. They said we never used an activation code and asked me to show them the card. Who saves a card after its been activated? They said they cant do anything but we can purchase. First of all, they know what stuff gets sent out in their welcome packet so they should know that they gave me a one year free membership. If you dont wanna honor it, dont send it. I looked at trust pilot for reviews about this company and turns out, we are not the only ones. I suggest your organization to look into this as many consumers are actually getting scammed.       I dont think there is a miscommunication in my membership. It was activated immediately and set to 2023 expiration date on my treadmill screen. Soon as I complained about the charges, expiration date changed. Somebody changed it from your company. Also, this experience is not uncommon. I didnt even go as far as 10 reviews out of **** and theres already several reviews of people complaining about unauthorized charges on their card and cancelled memberships. I am not sure if this is a bot replying cause I already got this message several times that my satisfaction is important and that I should call back. I even got a case number. I called back 4x already in the hopes that my situation will be resolved only to be told that there is nothing that can be done unless I purchase a membership. I am not rich. I paid a lot of money for this treadmill. I was excited to get that one year free membership. I am not gonna call everytime. Your company knows what it did. If you wanna fix it, you will return that one year membership that you cancelled on my account. I am not gonna beg for something that was supposed to be mine. Stop saying my satisfaction is important cause the 4x I called, I never felt that.

      What ever you do, do not buy a NordicTrack incline treadmill! We have had four metal fatigue failures in 3 years on our x22i, each resulting in a sudden and dangerous stop of the belt. Once the incline motor bar broke and belt bed fell to the floor. Their chat help does the best they can, but they simply try to diagnose the problem via photos and videos the customer has to provide. They then send you the parts they THINK will fix the problem. You then wait two weeks for the parts to arrive. Then you have to contact them again to set up the service appointment. Then you wait again. Then the tech comes and you hope he has the right parts to fix the problem. If not, you start the program all over again. Just a terrible system. Will never buy another Nordictrack product.

      We bought a commercial treadmill from Nordic Track in Jan 2021 which came with a one year warranty and one year Ifit membership.We added additional 3 year warranty and glad we did as after 3 visits from repair people it finally works properly in May of 2022 The real issue is Ifit is trying to **** us for another year which we don't want We understand it was to be an auto **** We never even signed on for the free year They sent us an invoice for $419 and I am refusing to pay it When I received the invoice in jan 2022 I called Ifit and remained on the phone for hrs After not connecting with Ifit I contacted ******* (handle invoicing / nordic track finances), who were not much help but did put a dispute on the charge.Still receiving invoices i was able to finally talk with Ifit (march) and was willing to pay a month of ifit but told since it was under dispute with ******* could not help We recently (May)received a letter from ******* stating that it was up to the merchant to settle the dispute So back on the phone saga last week We spent from 2:45pm to 6:45pm on the phone with various call backs , cut off, one call back from Ifit had a small child in the background .We thought we were being transferred to a manager but eventually hung up after 45min as nobody picked up Wrote them an email and they (******)responded since it was past 60 days no credit could be given but feel free to contact them.Are you kidding me- I have been trying to fix this since Jan when I first got the invoice All I want is to talk to a manager directly that can make a decision.i have left my cell for them to contact me Apparently from reading the reviews listed Nordic/Ifit have real customer service problems ZERO STAR

      Paid for white glove delivery experience, but was not set up upon delivery. **************** lied and said someone was gonna come and set up; did not want to set up. Put in multiple escalations nothing resolved. Tried calling corporate, no one picks up phone. Then Im charged a return fee all because Im sending it back due to their part of the agreement not being upheld. Horrible customer service and company.

      I called and still no one has came or contacted me. Horrible. Now im trying to return it and yall are saying yall cant come up steps to return it when yall had no problem delivering it upstairs to my apartment. This is really sad and pathetic.

      I spent $1400+ on a treadmill + 4 years of services + warranty from iFit / Proform. After about 9 months they sent an update that locked the treadmill. I was no longer able to log in, I got nothing but a white screen. When I called support (the support I paid for) I was told they couldn't help me because they no longer give users the code to log into "privileged mode" (I couldn't even get to privilege mode). After a long back and forth I asked for my money back. I was told no. They never offered to send anyone out to fix it, never offered any other service, they turned me over to talk to a professional apologist and that was that. I have to factory reset my treadmill and side load an old version of the apk I found online from a home built web server EVERY TIME I turn the treadmill on. This for my very expensive warranty. I tried going through the online help form and they were similarly unhelpful. A new person every time asking me to reset it every time.

      Sorriest Bunch I've had to deal with. It was a Proform 350 Treadmill and it quit 2 months after purchase at ******* (I'm thankful I was able to return it to ******* for a refund. I was still in the 90 day return. ) Otherwise I would be stuck with it. So they told me 5 to 7 days for parts to arrive. Another agent I talked to a week later said 3 to 5 more days cause it hadn't left warehouse yet. Again we waited another 5 to 7. At that time I had contacted ******* and they told me I had 1 day left to return it. I highly suggest not doing any business with this company as they take no responsibility for anything and it usually takes at least a half hour or better to get someone on the phone to find out you wont be talking to that person if you have to call again. Again it has been a big headache for me and my wife. I suggest googling tech support reviews on these companies like Ifit. I found a lot of bad reviews within the last couple of months on them.
