I know a scheme when I see one. Can only order parts if you register and get their app and sign up for their BS service--doesn't matter their product broke within its first two months of use. I'd had an older model that was great, but now, beware. They're quality is nonexistent, customer service gives you the run-around, and frankly at this point, I may just destroy the **** thing with outdoor equipment to at least get some joy from it.Screw this company.Screw their products.I wasted over $300. I paid hundred of dollars extra to have my treadmill set up properly, but it wasnt. Also it came with a broken part. They suggested I fix the part myself, refused to send someone out to set it up properly, and almost impossible to get assistance. I went for months with unanswered emails, calls, chats. They refused to refund the set up fee (since it wasnt done properly). I told them I want to return it. I had been trying to get ahold of them since June. Finally someone emailed back in august. And Ive been going back and forth with zero resolution via email for months. Now they tell me Im out of the return period and cant return it. Go with another company. Truly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.Review fromMelissa M

Purchased a treadmill which needed maintenance/repairs after 3 months. We paid for the extended warranty and were told the warranty is void if we put the treadmill in the garage! I don't have room to keep it in the house! What a piece of c*** that did not last more than 3 months.Review fromIan L

Dealing with iFit/Pro Form was the worst experience I have ever had when dealing with a business. I bought a ProForm Hybrid Trainer from ******* and from the day it was delivered it was awful. It took 7 months, multiple days off work, multiple visits from a technician, hours and hours on hold, hours and hours communicating through chat, and every part on the machine replaced (except for the frame) for my machine to finally work. Its still not working perfectly but it is working. I even communicated with the Corporate Escalations team and received nothing but so sorry but. Because I bought my machine, brand new, from *******, they wouldnt replace it. I had to get my bank involved because they refused to refund, and stop charging, for iFit even though the machine didnt work and I couldnt use it. They are the absolute worst company to deal with and their customer service is appalling. I will never buy a ProForm machine again.Review fromJose I

I purchase a commercial treadmill on 9/11/22 and they charged me extra for white glove service (delivered and to assemble) I found out ifit contracts out to a third party company (Ryder Ever Better in ******). However, they are not responsible for their mishaps! This company had two delver dates scheduled and were a No call/No show. They want to schedule a third time again. I was told their truck broke down twice. Norditrak (ifit) cant do anything about it other than send me a heart monitor that arrived before my treadmill & so did the invoice! How am I supposed to pay for something I have yet to receive. Ifit refuses to help figure out where & when I will get my product! Dont go with this company if you dont have too! They are aware of the vendors they contract out too! Its 10/3 and the next availability for another NoShow is three weeks out! No phone call from either companies! Just emails!Review fromBruce D

I've been an iFit member for about two years since I purchased a treadmill with an iFit membership included. Last year I purchased a rower which came with an iFit family membership but I didn't activate the membership card immediately. However, yesterday when I attempted to activate the membership number, I received the message that the "activation code is no longer valid", but that I could continue my membership by paying $39.00 a month, plus any taxes--almost $500 a year!There is no wording on the card stating that it must be activated within a certain timeframe. I have no idea whether iFit has the legal right to do this or not, but, in any case, it is a total lack of good faith on their part to their customers.iFIT

Buy from Proform only if you want to become their fix experimentation monkey, I ordered a elliptical from costco 3 month in using it it started to give problems and the warranty only covers sending part from them and you after paying close to 1200$ for the elliptical have to fix them yourself if it does not fix they'll send another part and like their trained monkey keep on fixing them. They don't have technician visit as part of the warranty and it'll cost you $175 to fix a problem with the machine by their technician even while under warranty. Seeing all these reviews it looks like company is scamming people by not disclosing this clearly while buying the item. GO for other brands who stand behind their product and avoid buying from proform.Review fromMindy C

I love my nordictrack rower ! I am an avid gym goer and I actually enjoy this one more than I do the commercial type one at the gym . This one keeps me entertained, distracted , and motivated enough , so that I get a longer workout . I have already felt my body start to respond to the workouts that are provided in the two weeks that I have been using it . This is a quality rower for the price . Two thumbs up . We ordered a Studio Elliptical in June 2022, it is now September. We finally received the main parts to the Elliptical in late July, with none of the hardware to assemble it. They didnt deliver the Elliptical as promised initially, because they kept providing the incorrect address to the shipper, even after we corrected/confirmed their mistake three times! When it was delivered it was literally tossed on our driveway, with a damaged and partially opened box. As we opened the box to assemble, immediately discovered there was no bolts, nuts, screws, etc to assemble. Since then, myself and my wife have spoken to 8 different customer service representatives, on ***** different occasions, we have even attempted contact through go-to support, many who have promised resolution and that they would send the assembly parts needed. When the delivery promise is not met, weve called back again, been hung up on by Virginia, team lead *****, promised multiple times to resolve and stay in contact, but will not reply to our contact. **** has not followed through on her statements either. The list goes on. We are beyond frustrated and disappointed. I am clearly shocked and dismayed, how a company as big and once ********* Nordictrack can operate this way. I understand having breakdowns and making mistakes, but a business that you pay hard earned money to, should eventually, expeditiously resolve said issues. At this point, if we cannot get the needed parts to assemble this machine, we simply want it packed/picked up and our money refunded. I certainly will never do business again, nor recommend Nordictrack/I-fit to any of my friends, colleagues or relatives. Hopefully the BBB can get their attention to provide better follow through. *****iFIT
