Worst customer service I hav ever encountered from beginning to end. Do not buy anything from IFIT. Delivery was a huge problem. Then about 10 months into using the machine, it would not turn on. I had to unplug and sign in every time. Called IFIT customer service. was placed on hold for about 45 min to be told that their support **** is only open 8am to 6pm and that non one could help. I did send an email from the machine which was an option but that email went unanswered for weeks and weeks. I finally commented on IFIT FB page which got someones attention and they DM me but despite my requests for them to call me or give me a specific time when I can call them, no one did. Finally another 3 weeks after that I got an email from an IFIT tech support person who had me on the phone for an hour going through prompts on the machine. After we were done, machine worked for a day before logging me off again,. That support person advised me to respond to his email directly if i had any problems. I emailed him and told him thhhhe machine was still having issues. He responded right away stating that a part has to be replaced. that was almosst 4 weeks ago and i have heard nothing from him. I have sent more emails to him, no response. **************** is non-existent and the mahcine operating system is a problem. Do not buy this machine!iFIT

I bought a Nordic Track Treadmill in Oct 2023, also purchased a 1 year iFit membership. The iFit trainers, video, etc are cool. But after a couple months I decided I wanted to do my own workouts and stopped using it. The Ifit software is terrible, slow, glitchy. I have to pretty much unplug and restart my treadmill every day to use it as it's locked up, won't change screens, etc. The treadmill hardware works well, it's the Ifit software and screen that are terrible. I planned to just let my 1 year Ifit subscription expire. I was just charged $40.76 by Ifit in Jan 2024 on my cr card. I did not sign up for a renewing subscription, just purchased the 1 year when I bought my treadmill. I've been on hold so far for 1/2 hour to try and resolve. Terrible software and customer service. I highly recommend against buying Ifit.iFIT

I purchased the Nordic Track T Series 10 Treadmill on 12/26/2024 (Order #NT13394451) with set up and installation for approximately $2,000. The equipment arrived 1/3/2024 and an iFit subscription was purchased, but set up and installation of the machine, despite payment, was not adequately completed by the service person and I was left to figure things out for myself. After the service person left, I spent 30 minutes trying to set up my mechine, but ended up having to call the Tech Support number for assistance. After holding for 30 minutes, I spent over 1.5 hour on the phone with a tech and the issue was not resolved; I could not log into iFit. After resetting the machine no less than 4 times, I asked to be transferred to return the machine. The Support Tech returns initially told me that I would be charged a restocking fee as well as a packing fee in the range of $400, until I advised her that the return was due to a defective machine. The support tech then attempted to assist with the correcting the issue and after approximately 45 minutes and receiving error code multiple times it was determned that the issue could not be resolved, because the circuit board was in fact defective and has to be replaced. In reading all of the other reviews, it appears that Nordic Track and iFit do not do a very good job of quality checking its electronics before sending their product out to unwitting consumers and in some cases may even charge consumers to return defective machines. As a former Florida Assistant Attorney General, this is the type of issue that I would have initiated an investigation to determine if it is a deceptive/unfair trade practice. I am supposed to receive a new circuit board in a week for the defective machine and my iFit subscription is being extended 3 months thanks to the Support Tech; however, this issue needs to be looked into. Also, my issue is not yet resolved and I may have to file a complaint if the replacement circuit board os defective.iFIT

I hesitantly bought a proform pro 9000 in 2024. I knew I wanted to watch tv shows & live workouts. Peloton was more expensive & iFIT was advertising that they had live workouts.Once received I leaned live workouts werent live. Those had been discontinued. Instead had recordings. I was crushed. I had been lied to by *************************** resulted in me buying a treadmill that didnt do either of the things I *********** forward to August, I got an email about iFIT 2.0 having capabilities to stream *******. I waited for the update. I regularly called customer service to ask why it wasnt updating on my machine. They would waste my time with resets that never worked. ********** messenger had the same results but took months between responses. I got a different response from support every time about why it wasnt updating on my new machine. I was eventually told, basically, tough its being recalled & I would never get it. When questioned as to why, he told me most people just accept the news & move on. Fine, *** cancel my membership since it doesnt provide me with the options they promised me. The functionality of the machine that I own is now completely limited. I can start and stop the machine. Thats it. This was never something that was told to me when buying the machine. I own it yet iFIT gets to disable it unless I pay for their subscription that costs to price of a gym membership but with none of the benefits Now we are at December 23rd, 2024 when my treadmill starts updating & I get the New iFIT 2.0 Sweet but I dont have pro anymore so I cant use any features. The advertisement on my machine says if I subscribe to iFIT pro I will gain access to streaming options. Well, I subscribed & still did not get *******. I call customer service & after going through all of the things, they tell me my machine is too old & will never be eligible for ******* streaming. So once again, iFIT has more of my money because they used false advertising & flat out lied to me. BIG SCAMiFIT

IFIT has claimed to BBB that they sent me a personal email discussing my issue and they would like the opportunity to resolve my issue. They have sent me no such email. I have checked all folders including my junk folder. No email from iFIT in regards to the complaint I have made on BBB exists. This is yet another lie from iFIT. They knowingly sold me a treadmill with an obsolete operating system at a premium price. Nowhere did they inform me that the product I was purchasing was obsolete. It is completely unjustifiable for a treadmill purchased in 2024 to be unable to support a full update released in 2024.Review fromMorgan O

I have not had a problem with iFit in the 5+ years I have been a member. I own three pieces of Nordictrack equipment with iFit installed. It wasn't until now that I am a very unhappy customer. Today I had to scan a QR code with my phone to use my elliptical. I just re-upped my membership for two years and there was no indication that this would be the new scenario of how to log in. I almost upgraded my NordicTrack equipment and now am reconsidering what equipment to purchase. The last thing I want to have to do is scan a qr code to work out on paid for equipment and a paid for iFit subscription. I will be looking hard at ********* and *******. What a disappointment. iFit leadership - what are you doing? You had it going on and now you're blowing it. I hate that I am even writing a review but iFit also makes it hard to contact any decision makers....it was all I could do to hold on the phone for 20 minutes and am hopeful the person I spoke with will send my complaints up the totem pole. I would have given 5 stars before this qr log in mess.********iFIT

We purchased a NordicTrack treadmill after having another brand machine for 20 years (which had hardly any maintenancewould have bought the same brand but no longer available). We bought the NordicTrack commercial treadmill because I use it daily. Since we purchased it, there has been at least three (or 4) equipment issues that shut down our machine. A local maintenance person - who is wonderful - now knows us personally. Three weeks ago, the machine stopped working. I called and thank God we bought the extended warranty; the person said we needed a whole new console (already??) and other parts. Everything arrived about two weeks later and the gentlemen came to repair it. When he opened the box, the console was cracked. He said he would contact you all to get another one. He texted me and said that you all would not send another one? He asked us to get involved - which I have made now four calls to the customer service number that is provided. **************** is terrible - dont believe they are understanding my issues. One wanted to offer me three months of Ifit for free - I cant even use my treadmill?I estimate that I have been without a treadmill for a total of 8 months now. I finally have had it. I never filed a complaint against any company before. I also posted to social media. I will Never recommend a NordicTrack treadmill to any one. I, too, would give zero stars if I could. I wish I would have looked in this site before spending the amount of money that I did in a machine that has been nothing but problems.iFIT

Would give zero stars if I could. Extremely disappointed with iFit billing practices. While I was informed with information vaguely buried in 2 emails, I really had no idea that when I purchased my treadmill, I would also be charged $39 monthly for a subscription I do not need, want or use. This has gone on for 9 months until I finally noticed in a statement. I assumed after the "free month" it would just go away, not continue charging me. This practice should not be legal, as they do not get customer consent and have basically just freely taken $351 from me. You should be required to get customer consent when you're going to charge them for a service they didn't realize they were getting, or want. I simply wanted a treadmill...not this stupid workout app.iFIT

This is the absolute worst system I have ever used !! Never works the way it should . If you use your equipment like I do daily YOU Will WASTE 15 mins everyday resigning in , wrong password, wrong id ,Scan code doesn't work Etc ...Its unreal a company like this has made it so difficult to use for something so simple .... DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!!iFIT

I received a previously owed Nordictrack rower from a friend that worked fine. I subscribed to the membership that was an add on to the unit which billed me $16.46 per month. My wife no longer needed the rower so we gave it away back in February 2024. In February my wife called the ***** phone number to cancel membership (which I witnessed her do) Today on Nov 26, 2024 I noticed Im still being charged $16.46 for ever month since February (when we already canceled the membership). I called back today and they said they can only refund me this months membership fee but unfortunately cant do anything about the prior months. I asked the representative to see if I have used the membership since then or logged in prior. He had me hold to check and said no there has not been any activity. I asked him if he can use that discovery that I have not used the membership to refund me because clearly the system did not fully cancel the membership. This is completely wrong for them to do this to customers. Customers beware. If you cancel a membership from this shady company, be sure to check the months after for any charges. It seems that they are doing this to keep collecting and hope you dont catch them still charging you since we all have such busy lives and multiple subscriptions to different services.iFIT
