They were courteous and knowledegable, but more importantly, they were able to explain the cause of the problems I was having in a very patient and simple manner so that even I could understand. Your charges are expensive but I am aware that they are in line with your competition. It's just that when you are old and living on a fixed income, every cost is difficult.
