      I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO DO A RETURN SINCE THE DAY I GOT THE **** FROM THE STORE THE STORE STATED I COULDN'T RETURN! I CALLED ACIMA MULTIPLE TIMES WAITING ON A 3 hour return line once I got to an agent they set me up for a return NEVER CAME TO GET IT THEN I CALL TO SEE IS ANYONE COMING TO GET THEM THEY STATED NO AND GAVE ME MULTIPLE SETTLEMENT OPTIONS I ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR THE AGENT JASMINE GOT UPSET PLACED ME ON HOLD AND TRANSFERRED ME BACK INTO THE ***** Today 2/18 another accident happened I called in and spoke with an agent with returns department she stated IF WE RETURN THE ***** AND PAY THE PAST DUE IT GOES ON MY CREDIT !! Theres nothing she can do since the items are rims At this point I offered to pay the past due if they just close the account the agent hung up on me again. Acima is misrepresented on the lease to own. Acima makes it difficult for me to terminate the agreement! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

      I had a terrible experience with Acima. They approved me for a $650 credit limit, sent me an email confirmation with an approval ID, and even had me provide my Social Security Number and banking information. Then, out of nowhere, they revoked my approval and told me I was no longer eligiblewithout any explanation.This feels like a complete violation of trust. If they needed to verify something, they should have done so before approving me, not after I provided sensitive personal information. Now Im left wondering how they are handling my data.I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their process is unprofessional, misleading, and unreliable. Be cautious before giving them your information!

      After speaking to several employees in different departments following their instructions to return the item which Acima did receive in great condition, I continued to receive collection calls. I explained to Acima the product was confirmed that it was received by Acima, but money was taken out of my account anyway. Now I am put on hold to the ********************* after being told my refund is approved but is waiting for a Supervisor to release it. Not one Supervisor ever responds to my waiting on line call.

      This seems like a good idea but dont do it. First they add extra fees on top of what you see as the original lease amount. They automatically signed me up for some type of protection plan that added over $100 to the already inflated bill. Then they dont explain that the amount on the lease agreement is only a 90 day pay off. If its not paid off in 90 days the whole lease amount doubles plus taxes. On top of this the app is very confusing. The Payment history reflects payments that you have made and payments that have not actually been made. Which is misleading. So you think you have paid a certain amount and have not. I believe they dont really want people to pay these leases off in 90 days. So they make it confusing. Also if you make an extra payment then if pushes your automatic payments out so they no longer come out. So if you are trying to add extra payments on top of the automatic payments it wont go through. Now you arent paying as much off as you think. And you have to keep checking the app weekly to make sure you pay enough to pay it off by the 90 day payoff amount or youll be stuck paying double what you imagined. This company is not clear about fees and charges or payments. I paid mine off as soon as I realized their scams. Do not use them. Find someone that is more transparent ant clear about what you owe. If I could give 0 stars I would.

      Acima steals from you bank. Try to debit at midnight before direct deposit hits your account. Then charge 20 dollars late fee o. The same day. Then debit all your card on file,for the same payment. **** this company down. Theives

      Worst buying experience ever. This business should be prosecuted. I applied for ****** furniture financing and was sent to Acima. They offered 90 days same as cash and I was prepared to pay somewhat of a charge. I bought 2 items, A tv stand for 135 and a sectional for 900. They immediated started an every other week payment plan at 119 per week. I had my TV stand for 135 immediately, but had no sectional sofa. After 8 weeks, still no sofa, the sofa part of my order was canceled. I had made 2 payments at 119 each... I should have a refund of what I paid right? Less than 90 days right? ****. My 135 tv stand had a 50$ mark up fee, fair. But was not stated was closing your account early you get charged another 50$ fee and taxes. So my 135 tv stand, now cost altogether $250. Now let me talk about customer service. I've been yelled at, told my business doesn't matter, hung up on, transferred repeatedly by agents who had no idea what was going on, harassed telling me i'm late on a payment that was on auto draft and spent literally hours trying to close out my account. Run as far as you can away from this company.

      I'm requesting corporate phone number because I was never sent any mail or emails stated that my promotional was expiring or anything I 've had to pay a extra ***** so that you would stop auto drafting my account so I want my money back being there was no mail letting me know how much was left on my loan !!!!!!!!!!!!

      Acima is the biggest scammers on earth i called yesterday to pay off my loan I completely paid it off then the next day they charged me again on my pay day knowing this is why I called and paid it off just so that won't happen first and last time never again will i.use them SNAP FINANCING is way better because they don't do this again ACIMA is a rip off Next time I look at a business it will be through here BBB im telling friends and family about this

      NO STARS!!! I received my purchase from ***************** on Saturday 12/7/24. I went to the store on Sunday 12/8/24 to pay the bill in full and was told that I could not pay the bill. First, they couldnt find the account and then I was told that because they couldnt find it, it hadnt been funded and then I would need to try again tomorrow. It was at this point that I met another representative and he explained everything about the payment procedure. The first one, *******, had not explained this to me. I was les to believe that this was a credit purchase NOT ONCE was it ever mentioned that this was a lease. For several days, it is now Friday 12/13/24, I have made attempts to pay the bill in full. When I found an option on the 3rd day to make a cash payment at a retail store, the app limited the amount that I could pay and when I did figure out how to keep the amount in the box I followed the steps, tapped review and submit, it then proceeded to do a draft from my account which I did not want. I immediately contacted Acima asking them to cancel that process because I wanted to go in to a store to make the full payment. Mind you, when I was asked by ******* for my account info, I was told that it was for identification purposes. The way he acquired ID and BANKING info was fraudulent. Aside from day 1&2, I have not been able to speak with anyone on the phone to have this resolved. As of yesterday, each time Ive called, Im being directed to a voicemail to leave a message. I left one message but no one has returned the call. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE WHERE A COMPANY REFUSES TO ACCEPT PAYMENT IN FULL BEFORE THE DUE DATE!!!
