DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY UNLESS THIS IS ALL YOU CAN AFFORD! 1 star for the price, $700 with my ******************* although I paid an extra $100 be rechargeable vs. batteries. My first hearing aids were from ****** and after 10+ years I decided to purchase new ones due to technology improvements, etc. Went to TruHearing due to cost with ********* So many issues. First, the testing only included tones and no spoken words, so nothing to detect my high end hearing ************* to recognized consonants in speech. Went back within a week to have the default volume increased, brighten up the output and a couple other things. The Wifi is nice, but while listening to podcasts I lose one side or the other almost every day. The app to adjust volume, tone and directional hearing is nice, but frequently only one ear connects. After 8 months of constantly adjusting the settings depending my my environment (church, home, groups) and never being satisfied with the results, I made an appointment to go back to ****** for testing and better aids. I even put my, now 11+ year old, hearing aids back on and noticed an immediate improvement.TruHearing, Inc.

I called on Friday September 29, 2023, regarding my ******************** benefits. I had ******* on the line where he indicated that my benefit was $1,600. I had a ********** Customer Representative, *******, on a recorded line join in to explain my benefit was $2,000. ******* had **** join the call. There was a discussion regarding the 20% allowable amount. ******* asked everyone to hold while she got the answer. During that period, ******* drop off the call and when ******* came back on **** also had dropped. ******** answer was that I am *********** the $2000 if the cost is over $2500, that is all on the recorded call. We called back and got Bug, who indicated that **** had left he office and that he would return my call on Monday.On Monday October 2, I did not receive a call. I called and was told **** was not answering his line. I again left a message that **** was supposed to call and I was told he would. I called again during the week and was told he was not available. TruHearing never called me back. Poor customer service.TruHearing, Inc.

These are the worst hearing aids I have had. They have Bluetooth capability which is cool if it worked well. I love the concept but I find that only part of the time I get reception in both ears. First it is one than the other ear with both only part time. And I don't hear as well as I'd like - certainly not as good as my former ones from Signa. I, too, had to send back one for repair first thing which was inconvenient. Will I buy them again - NO. These were very expensive for what I got..TruHearing, Inc.

My mother purchased hearing aids for both hears in or about December 2021. It has been an awful experience. The hearing aids have been returned several times since purchased secondary to them not working. When she returns the hearing aids she left with no nothing for weeks. This is unacceptable. Obviously, the hearing aids are defective and/ or the quality is lacking. It is extremely frustrating for her as well as family and friends.TruHearing, Inc.

I would zero stars if I could. In Feb 2022 my dad bought brand new right and left heating aids. The left one stopped working July 2022. And it continues to have issues. This was brought in and since then he has received 4 more refurbished hearing aids. They would not replace with brand new. My dad has been having issues with his hearing aid not working since the beginning. There is no issues with the right but the left one is defective and they will not stand by their product. He just received another one about 2 weeks ago and yesterday it stopped working AGAIN! Do not buy from this company, the manufacturer does not stand behind their product.TruHearing, Inc.

I went to Tru Hearing Audiologist, where I was tested and was happy with the service provided there and decided to order a set of hearing aids for 2k. I asked to see a copy of the Full Warranty and was told they don't provide that until you pay for and receive the product? I was told they have a " overview" copy they could provide but not the Full Warranty. I asked for the warranty after reading complaints about charges when trying to use the warranty for defects or problems. Now why would you not provide the warranty details up front? Tru Hearing is part of my insurance plan but I'll be going elsewhere and informing my insurance ***TruHearing, Inc.

I was trying to help an elderly friend through the process of getting hearing aids from TruHearing. It has been an extremely frustrating and fruitless experience. Her exam was on March 29th, at which time she was told to expect her hearing aids in 1-2 week. here we are nearly 2 months later with nothing but a run-around - and still no hearing aids or real answers. I have been "polited" to death, however, only received very poor customer SERVICE and follow through. If possible I wouldn't give them any stars.TruHearing, Inc.

I have TruHearing brand hearing aids. They broke in the first year and again 6 months later. They dont know what is wrong with them so sent new one. Only thing is I wear cros aids and they sent something else so I had to go one month without any hearing aids. I bought a different brand so I never have to be without. Unfortunately I had to pay outfight as my insurance only covered TruHearingTruHearing, Inc.

I dont think much of the company. I am waiting one month for my hearing aids. They are fully paid for and I get the runaround when I contact them. In the meantime I have one old hearing aid ( the second one needs a new receiver). They said they would get a tracking number for me. This doesnt work for me because I still dont have them.TruHearing, Inc.

They cant even get their payment portal to work. Spoke to agent and she was at clueless she didnt know how to spell region. Her supervisor told me it was all my fault that either my credit card was compromised or over limit. Neither were true ********** told her so. At that time she said she would discontinue my call. I told her fine and cancel the order. No corporate person available. Do not give me your standard reply that sometimes things slip through the cracks. It seems your standard level of service.
