      This app was great for 11 months. Now the app looses Bluetooth connection and recently when you open the app it immediately closes. Terrible.

      The hearing aids do not work as advised they would.. I have returned the left aid twice to the company. Now today the right aid is not working. I purchased the aids in Dec 2021 and since have made numerous trip to their repr (SOUND WORKS).. At the price I paid $1000. dollars per ear they should work...... I am asking for a FULL refund of **** dollars. *************************

      Unreliable to the nth degree.I lost a hearing aid.********** told ************** they would replace it. When audiologist ordered it the next day, turns out the model is no longer manufactured. Oops.Called TruHearing for an appointment to replace hearing aids. They called and made one. TruHearing agent said she would call me back with confirmation. She didn't. Another agent checked and confirmed.But, the site they told me about has no record of my account. Oops.The local site set up an appointment, despite being in violation of TruHearing policy.Oops.TruHearing had no record of that appointment. Oops.New agent promises to make everything right. Here's hoping, but I would not give it good odds.What is going on with this company?

      The App is terrible. I can only program the volume on each hearing aid individually on the app. It constantly disconnects off and on throughout the day. Sound quality is awful. I am probably returning them for a refund.

      Be wary received hearing aids paid with a credit card. Returned them was told refund in 3 to 5 days ok. Returned Aug 1, was approved Aug 2, should get tonite after i called Aug 10, . Aug 11 called again wait to find out why system had a clich . LOL 15 min later was called and told me there sorry but your refund will be 3 to 5 Business days after they had 8 days to get it sent. was told that when you returned to them they send to the manufacture to approve BS then the approve BS.urance Informing My insurance bad business OUT OF A 5 STAR I GIVE A MINUS 5

      They totally rip people off. My grandfathers hearing aids were repaired twice within trial, and still will not credit my grandfather, as they were returned. Credit was approved by manufacturer ..and they fight. So unbelievable.

      TruHearing is contracted by SCAN Health Plan to manage the Hearing Aids for ******** patients. They have held out reimbursing us our $3,000.00 since October 2021. I had to go to arbitration with SCAN for TruHearing denying our claim. In 2021 in accordance with SCAN instructions we went on the TruHearing website and located an approved provider by the name of Clear ************** (they are contracted by TruHearing)- We had to pay $3,000 out of pocket and were to be reimbursed. Its taken until 6/2/2022 for our arbitration with SCAN to be resolved. The final judgement of arbitration was TruHearing was to pay $3,000 to Clear Choice who in turn was to reimburse us. Clear Choice has received nothing and we have received nothing. I have a letter from *************************** of SCAN Grievance and ************ dated 6/2/2022 stating the above. I have contacted Tru Hearing twice this month- no one knows anything and someone will call me back... no call back, no reimbursement etc. I am filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau along with filing a small claims judgement on TruHearing for their refusal to honor our arbitration. I will be filing it with all entities - SCAN, Tru Hearing and Clear Choice
