    Checks are never on time you get a case manager with no communication very hard to use the website. Very disappointed with this experience. It wouldnt let me leave with no star rating so I had to at least write at one which they dont deserve.

    I was on WC and immediately suspended a few days ago after telling my adjuster how I felt about her disrespectful email. When I asked why I was suspended the excuse was denial of treatment ( which was a lie) I never denied treatment. I missed a few appointments ( no fault of mine) and I notified my adjuster each time and had proof. This company has the rudest customer service employees. I have no idea how they are even in business. I guess if you are a crooked company you would hire another crooked company to represent and help you . All of these complaints and the ratings just confirm that this company is disgusting, heartless, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Allowing your employees to disrespect and show disregard to people on WC who were injured already dealing with the stress of that situation and they feel the need to add on ! SHAME !

    *******************, Sedgwick Senior Claim adjuster is a thief working through this company. He is based out of *********, **, and will NOT pay their bills after getting the work done. They made us work as forensic engineers for damage assessments in *************** and after getting our report disappeared without paying our fees. ******************* the senior adjuster who signed on the assignment proposal never paid the engineering fees.     They denies my claim because the doctor refused to fill out my paperwork which is insane to me that they're allowed to do that. So not only I for 2 points I lost 3 days of pay. Talked to a higher up and he said that's federal govt rules I'm like nah that's your rules. This whole thing is bs and it's not fair that people are getting in trouble for being sick

    We had damages caused by Home Depots install company on 9/30/23 which cracked my counter, broke my floor tile, and caused immense water damage to my basement ceiling. We just moved in the house a month prior. I sent all information including multiple pictures and information that day. It is now 1/5/24 and they still have not fixed the issues. My claim has changed adjuster hands 3 times. They do not respond to emails or calls while claiming they dont have the information. They sent an adjuster in October for the quote and have received it while the state they still need more information. I will never buy another appliance from @homedepot. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

    Our Public Storage unit got broken into and we were victims of theft. They put a new lock on it until we showed up. The employee had to open our unit for us and immediately noticed that our unit was rummaged through as boxes have fallen and cut open. Tons of other items were missing, as well. We pay for insurance so we were advised to contact the police and contact the insurance company - Orange Door who is Sedgwick Insurance. We provided Sedgwick with all the necessary documents including the police report. *************************** was our representative. After submitting all of our paperwork, I was contacted by ******* who notified me that she is denying my claim because whoever she spoke to at Public Storage is saying that there was no evidence of a broken lock other than our lock was missing yet we have the one employee who is the one who immediately advised us to contact the police because he immediately knew our unit was broken into. He said this happens all the time and unfortunately there are no cameras! He was a witness yet instead of speaking with him, Sedgwick is denying our claim. What is the point of paying for protection covereage of our belongings if you're not going to cover us when we fall victims to theft? This company is a joke and a scam!

    My husband went on leave over a month ago and still has not received his payment. They also put them on leave twice when they werent supposed to he was locked out of this system and was not unable to clock into his job.

    They're horrible! They refuse to sign a different adjuster. Every employee says the same thing. No phone call no email. No star!!
